“I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)“

“We were driving by Jack's on Highway 77 in Southside and decided to stop in for lunch and we're glad we did!Their fried chicken was excellent and their slaw was some of the best we've eaten recently.Our cashier was friendly and service was prompt.The dining area was not exceptionally clean but it was toward the end of lunchtime so that's understandable.We will be back the next time we're in the area.“

“I ordered a pretzel online from the Subway in Glencoe, for whatever reason they couldn't make one. So they called another location (owned by same person) and had them bring my pretzel to the Glencoe location. It says alot about a business when they will go out of their way for a $3 order. They have my business forever!!“

“I have always loved their chicken. But tonight I tried the chicken sandwich. It was AWFUL. Had some pink sauce on it, which sucked. But the chicken itself had way too much breading, so it was extra greasy. And it cost $3.99. Fail! I also noticed a significant price increase from my last visit. 4 piece combo now $9.19.“

Since new owners have taken over a while back it seems to get better every day. Everyone is super nice, happy and taking care of business. Three of us stopped in for some Crispy Crunchy..I had the three strip meal w/fries and biscuit, one had the pork chop (Massive!) and one had couple pieces of chicken 'n biscuit. Food was Hot, served Fast and we were on our way! I live close so it's really convenient.. And I'm really Happy to have a Snow Ball stand that's awesome right here too! Great job guys!
