“I door dash A lot of orders from this location several times a day. I am always very empresses with how friendly the associates are with me. I am most impressed with how well dresses and groomed they are. One girl I have seen wears a dress that goes past her knees. How good of an example is this in this age that a young woman would dress so appropriate in a place of business. I spoke with a male associate that is obviously a devoted Christian. No metal on there faces to freak me out when I see them. They do the counter the old way. There is always several associates standing at the registers ready to take orders. You don't have to work your way through a Kiosk. Managers are always very friendly with me. In other words they believe in good old fashion business and good old fashioned customer service...“

“We were in town from Texas visiting my brother. In our neck of the woods our burger kings have closed. We decided to give this one a try for lunch. BEST BURGER KING I’ve ever walked into!!! Friendly staff, very patient & understanding while the picky kids ordered their foods. Very CLEAN! The food was good & sent out in a timely manner! HUGE play area indoor for kids! Great atmosphere.“

“Arby's new Meat and Three is a hit, a good amount of food for an even better price. I guess we came at a busy time as it took over 15 mins to get our food. All the food was hot and delicious. We always stop at Arby's to eat before heading to the Oxford PAC for a show. We will continue to visit Arby's for their delicious food. We stopped again before a show at OPAC, and the food came out very quickly and was the perfect temperature. The staff was super friendly and came by to check on us as well.“

“Love this place! The food is great, and the inovative ideas, through the years, to get people through the drive-thru at top notch speed; have been spectacular! My daughter and I hit Chick-fil-A each week after her music lessons, and watch a Trivia show together on YouTube on our way home (Detormentis, you should check his channel out btw) ... That may sound like a Grade-A cheesy time, lol, but I wouldn't trade a million dollars for that time together and that awesome food ?“

“I came about 4pm today, Aaliyah was very friendly and went above and beyond for my grandson. We took him there after school for his birthday Aaliyah sung him happy birthday in the lobby and purchased him a cupcake and a number 8 to celebrate his birthday ! Very great customer service, food was fresh, and the environment was very clean ! I would like to brag on their restroom cleanliness, I usually would never use a public bathroom but theirs is spectacular! Very happy with my experience and will definitely be back ! I didn’t get a picture of the cupcake but I got our food and the bathrooms !“

“I am writing to express my consistent disappointment with the accuracy of my recent orders. On numerous occasions, I have received incomplete meals, despite placing my orders correctly. This has occurred frequently enough to raise serious concerns about the reliability of the service. I understand that the meals are prepared by through a drug rehabilitation program, and I appreciate the important work being done. However, the recurring issue of missing items is unacceptable, especially considering the cost of the food. The quality of service should be commensurate with the price paid. Today's experience further exemplifies this problem. After placing my order through the app. When I got to the drive-through window, I was asked to wait in the parking lot. After a 15-minute wait, I was informed that my order had been lost and was subsequently provided with an incomplete meal. I request that this matter be given urgent attention to ensure future orders are complete and accurate. I would appreciate a response outlining the steps being taken to improve the accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment“

“This bojangles is the best around. Hands down the breakfast is the best. I eat there nearly every day. I have never had an issue with my order. They know I like the non butter biscuit and guess what like clock work they got them. I also love there chicken tenders but those pintos and Mac & cheese simply the best. This is probably my favorite place in oxford. Keep up the great work“

“I decided to give Firehouse subs a try as I had a bogo offer from T-Mobile. I got the Classic Hook and Ladder sub and it was not only nutritious but delicious too. The ingredients taste very fresh and the bun was toasted. I was pleasantly surprised when I ate the second sub the next day and it was not at all soggy! I'll be returning soon to try one of their other subs.

“I had a issue in the drive through with some old heads trying to fight me, I told the old bozos to go find a job, but when I got done ordering, the staff heard me and empathize with me that I had to go through some people trying to threaten me. I had no problem paying, but they saw what happened and they put my meal out for free, great people.“

“Tonight Jersey Mike's failed miserably. My wife and I both got the tuna sub with bacon. The bacon (after an almost 3$ up-charge for each sandwich) was at least a day old, hard and inedible. The bread was so stale it couldnt even stay together. Just crumbled as soon as I took the first bite. A year ago I gave this place a great review, but the quality of the food we got tonight was shameful.“

“If you have food allergies this place will take it seriously and handle it with no issues. Alexandria took my order, did a glove change, and got fresh prep out of the fridge to give me so there was minimal cross contamination. Not many restaurants will take allergies serious, seeing is I’m in a current flare up from lunch yesterday with my family. Shoutout to Alexandria, people like you make eating at restaurants safe for people like me🫶🏻.“
