“Pell City Jersey Mike’s is the best! We’ve been coming here pretty frequently and the service has always been great and the sandwiches even better. We actually choose to go to this location that is several miles farther away from home just because of the service. It’s nice to see the same staff, especially when turnover rate can be so high in the service industry (understandably when customers can be so rude). Great job here, guys!“
“The workers were very patient with me, as I have irrational anxiety whenever I do stuff like this, and they were very kind and respectful, and very helpful most of all. The food was amazing, and even if it wasn't I'd still rate this location (Pell City) 5 stars for the experience I had yesterday.“

“Captain D is a lot better than it used to be but I just received my meal. The bread was ruined because they placed it in the box where the juice from green beans soaked it. The corn was old. It was terrible. I ordered a $4.59 dessert and was charged but never received it. I tried calling them after I returned home but no answer. Hopefully they will fix it but I don't want to drive another 40 minutes to get it tonight. The service was good though. The lady was pleasant when she took my order. The fish was very good. The loaded potato was old, and the cheese was melted on the foil but not the potato. But I could tell the potato was old and not fresh. I paid $22.09 for one meal and only ate less than half.. please do better.“
“Love the chicken basket.. withnthe chocolate chip milkshake or the DILLY BAR .. They have the good kinda Ranch... best ever..although. Last visit the gave me the wrong milkshake it was A Chocolate milkshake.. I ordered the CHOCOLATE CHIP milkshake.And one of my ranch cup tops was melted flat so it didn't snap on the cup all the way... it was just sitting on top of the ranch cup. Needless to say just check your food alwaysThat's is for anywhere you go to eat.. better safe than sorry.“
