Customer service always comes first at CFA! Today I dropped in for a sweet tea n sandwich after a long drive in the August heat 3 + hours. Bailey helped me redeem a promo from an email and was patient and kind. Thanks y’all! Sweet tea was perfect and ice cold. The CFA sandwich hot n delicious! It got to the table when I did. Haha!
Compared to other chicken restaurants this one does not stand out as a leader as they once were. The restaurant is always always busy and backed up. Service is slow.
Very good food the wait is never long.
