For the second visit in a row during lunch I had a twenty minute wait while burgers were being hammered and cooked. The service was piss poor to say the least. During my visit today I saw two groups leave after being told there would be a fifteen minute wait. The staff should have been prepared since this occured during the lunch hour.
Someone dropped the ball on both my recent visits.
The Krystal app says this location is open 24 hours, I placed an order and arrived at 9:57pm to pick it up, only to find out they closed at 10:00 and everyone had already left the store.
I went back the following morning to speak to a manager and was told that they could not give me a refund, and that I would need to come back that following Monday to speak to a district manager, I could not figure out how to pull up my exact order on the app, only the amount that was charged...read full review
