This is the worst Krystal drive-thru I've attempted to order from. I've been able to get a single order off, usually because they take way too long. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or they just don't care, but it's ridiculous. I was even told one time it would be at least a 30 minute wait, in the drive-thru, because they were setting up for a birthday party inside. I love the food, but this location doesn't know how to operate a drive-thru.

The service wasn't good. The guy at the drive thru was extremely short with me and rude. The food was thrown together meaning the top buns were hanging the majority of the way off my little burgers. Idk what the deal was but dude if your that unhappy there are other jobs out there.

Drove up to drive thru told us to wait. After five minutes we drove up to the window. They told us "you must have not drove ova the thing" we said yes someone told us to hold one moment. Then she said ok hold on one moment. Proceeded to cash out her register leaving us waiting another 5 minutes before we had to drive off. Hope you learn how to operate better. Won't be back.

This location was not as friendly as other Krystal restaurants i have been to. The cashier was almost to the point of being unfriendly. The food was good. If you have never had Krystal burgers, they, along with Castle, were probably the first sliders. Small hamburger patty, small onions, and mustard on a slider bun. Don't let the onions throw you. I don't normally eat onions, but these seem to be dehydrated onions, and they are cooked on the burger.

Honestly I didn't even go here to eat I was meeting with my girlfriend and her parents because we had been an online couple before now we aren't but this is where we met.i love this place with all of me

The staff are never friendly and the service is always slow. The buns are soggy like they soaked up grease from the grill.

This place is awful. I never do reviews but this is my fifth time here and every time I have been here. They take at least 30 minutes to take your order and when they finally get your order complete, you either get the wrong thing or they fix it wrong.
