I got the Double Classic Cheeseburger, and it had two 8-ounce patties on it. A pound of Meat. Fresh, never-frozen, hand-patted-out patties. The toppings were fresh as well. Great Owners and staff. Got to put this on your Bucket List. In Pell City, AL.“

“I am a loyal DQ fan, my friends are too. Whenever we hangout in Pell City, we usually get Dairy Queen. We’ve become quite fond of our local staff. Although, last night in the drive thru we had a rough experience.. the girl in over the headset had a hard time taking our order. Which we understand happens, it’s been a problem a lot lately at multiple fast food chains. So then a boy took our order but he also, for some reason thought we were ordering four meals, despite the fact nobody ever said four LOL, it happens, we eventually get our order and make it to the window. He’s a little quiet, maybe “short” with us. Still has to correct the staff multiple times that we just want ONE 3 piece. We eventually get our box, which is heavy… so I open it.. and see. Ketchup. My food is covered in two hand fulls of ketchup. Which in itself is hilarious. But as I’ve stated before, I LOVE my Dairy Queen, so I went inside to speak with whoever looked like shift lead. I am bad at names so I did not get her name, I’m not worried about it because she was so sweet and precious. She handled the situation beautifully. She kindly got my food remade, took a picture of my stupid amount of ketchup, and kindly walked me out while apologizing for this whole silly scandal. I just wanted to compliment how they handled a bad situation. Instead of complaining I wanted to compliment how much I love this location and how the people in charge make things right. Teenage staff can have attitudes, I am a teenager, I get it. But the adults in this location did their job kindly, and turned my experience into a good one. I will happily continue to support this location!“

“My steak was cooked right, our server was very nice (thank you Megan), the bartender was so nice to our 11 year old and everyone enjoyed their meal. We will go back. I even called the manager the next day to let them know how much we enjoyed our time.“

“I will certainly be visiting this Burger King again when i'm in the area! Being here is like a blast from the past. The outdoor area remains untouched by modernity and is the perfect area for kids to play. The staff are incredibly kind (one lady walked my food outside because i had my hands full with my four kids), the food is reasonably priced (four of us ate for less than $20), and the environment is welcoming. Can't wait to return when we are at the lake again!“
