“My wife and I have always been a good customer to Jax and I’ve been please with the food up until tonight. We had the worst chicken dinners we’ve ever received from any restaurant. The chicken was over cooked and did not appear to be fresh whatsoever. The biscuit was hard, the coleslaw was not fresh at all and we could not eat our dinners we’re very disappointed“

“I went through the drive thru I usually do, My food was great I had 3 cheese chicken melt and mex pizza with nacho fries w/cheese sauce and for dessert I had a little cinnamon bon bon? It was delicious I go here often the crew there is great 😃 smiling fixing your order and always tells me to have a good day !!!“

“Save yourself getting mad. The one thing they do is make food. A they suck. Seriously. I knew better to go there a get food. But what did I do today? Get food from there. The biscuit I could have broke a window with if I threw it at it. The chicken had a bad taste to it. Potatoes was a bit runny but ok. Update - went there today an was so skeptical I got the same food. Awesome service. I mean the food was warm and fresh.“
