“My wife and I have always been a good customer to Jax and I’ve been please with the food up until tonight. We had the worst chicken dinners we’ve ever received from any restaurant. The chicken was over cooked and did not appear to be fresh whatsoever. The biscuit was hard, the coleslaw was not fresh at all and we could not eat our dinners we’re very disappointed“

“Gutheries in Trussville has improved so much over the last year, and I highly recommend giving it another chance if it's been a while since you've been there.

We had dinner there last night, and everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and fast, and you can really tell the new owners are doing a great job turning things around. The new toast is especially our favorite!

My kids and I all enjoyed our meal, and we'll definitely be back. :)“

“Save yourself getting mad. The one thing they do is make food. A they suck. Seriously. I knew better to go there a get food. But what did I do today? Get food from there. The biscuit I could have broke a window with if I threw it at it. The chicken had a bad taste to it. Potatoes was a bit runny but ok. “They have the best cheesy bread ! The store's a little small , but there's plenty of room to sit. People are always friendly. Can be a little hard to get in and out of the small parking lot, However , you can park at the shell parking lot while getting gas and walk straight over to Papa John's“

“It is usually pretty good and I left four stars a long time ago. The other day, my order was wrong, the bread was hard, there was no meat on my sandwich when I got home. ? When I returned the next day, the manager and the man working with her were nice, apologized replaced my sandwich.“

“First time ordering here and it was great. I ordered online and I forgot to add the pepperoni. I opened the box and questioned the pepperoni. The guy showed me that didn’t actually order pepperoni but quickly offered to put some on there for me! He was so friendly and nice.“
