“Today is Veterans Day 2021. We went to the Trussville CiCis around 2:30pm. Robby was the manager in charge and he was extra helpful! He was very apologetic about not having enough food out on the buffet. He explained the situation but he had it all under control. Food started coming out quickly and was prepared very well. Robby kept checking on all of the customers in the restaurant and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was satisfied! The entire staff was on their toes! My father and all of the other servicemen that came in during that time were thanked for there service and made to feel very welcome.“

“After experiencing terrible customer service at Marco's, we went to Fox's Pizza Den. We were greeted by a friendly young lady who took our order and thanked us. The food was great (pizza for my wife and a turkey hoagie for me) and was served by the same pleasant young lady who took our order. The only downsides were the lack of unsweetened tea due to a broken machine and the restrooms that are next door at a convenience store. Both of these did not detract from the wonderful service and tasty food!“

“I had a rough experience when calling in an order due to it being the wrong location, but the staff was very nice about the situation and the policies in place were not their fault. Upon leaving a negative review, the manager gave me a call and made right of the situation and was very apologetic. If you call in an order make sure you are calling the correct store to avoid the issues I had.“

“The pizza was really good, however it took a long time for them to make it. The bathroom was really see since it blended into the walls and looked like murals. Overall however the service was good and the cashier was extremely nice. It is worth the time and I don’t think it’s too expensive in my own opinion. Overall a 7/10 experience and I’ll probably go back again some time.

Vegetarian options: They make some vegetarian pizzas and you can make custom pizzas that fit your needs

Kid-friendliness: It is super cool to look at from a kids perspective since it feels like it belongs in New York or something.“

Parking: It's a corner storefront with very limited parking (about 4 to 5 spots), but they tend to turn over quickly because they move fast inside on the go orders. It's like they've adapted to the parking situation.“
