Today is Veterans Day 2021. We went to the Trussville CiCis around 2:30pm. Robby was the manager in charge and he was extra helpful! He was very apologetic about not having enough food out on the buffet. He explained the situation but he had it all under control. Food started coming out quickly and was prepared very well. The crew in here today(10/6/2026 around 11:30am) is so great they are bubbly and responsive which has to be said because the crew I’ve dealt with a few times acts like they can’t hear the workers today were smiling making small talk and I swear it just makes the pizza taste 10 times better as I’m writing this the manager just brought me the pizza I requested 😎 10/10
We do think this restaurant is worth visiting because the staff made it such an enjoyable experience for us. They were so attentive, hardworking, and had great attitudes that made us feel welcomed! Lorenzo especially stood out to my husband and I while we were dining in. He constantly had his head on a swivel and was looking for ways to serve his customers.
