“Ordered my lunch from Papa John's Pizza (Forestdale, AL) today and the order was delivered much faster than the estimated time. it was hot and fresh and delivered by a friendly driver. I appreciate the great service and quality of the food.“

“The website was down because all three people were SWAMPED with orders. I should have been annoyed having to come to the store for my order but the fact that the young lady (White female) and the two kitchen staff workers(black young men), one making pizzas, one doing EVERYTHING else- they had the most pleasant and uplifting attitudes that God handled me right then and there and humbled me so much I had to give them each 20 dollars a piece just for the attitude they had while they pulled together to patch a sinking ship. Management for this location should really be looked into, my business orders from here very often- relying on Polaris to ensure our accuracy. I was informed he was not there any longer and it shows, but my only regret was not getting these three individuals names so I could further amplify their exceptional attitudes and professionalism in the middle of a shift meltdown. Kudos, Domino's Trio Forestdale!

“This past weekend, we went to Pizza Grace because the original owners sold it to the owners of Big Spoon Creamery. So, out of fear and curiosity, we wanted to see if our favorite pizza place was still our favorite pizza place. Let’s just start. The garlic bread they switched the focaccia with pizza dough, spread fairly thin so it was light and crispy and they swapped the garlic oil for garlic butter with herbs. This was actually really good! We both enjoyed it and thought the flavor of the butter was way better than the original garlic olive oil spread. However, I think they should have kept the focaccia bread and just swapped the olive oil with the garlic and herb butter. That would have been an easy 10/10. But unfortunately, even though it was still very good, it gets an 8.5/10. The pizza itself was still basically the same. We got the pepperoni pizza. Upon arrival and tasting, we could tell they cut back on the red pepper flakes, which we were both happy about. Our main issue was the fact that we could tell, visually, the pizza was smaller and not as big as it used to be. We didn’t like that we were paying basically the same price for less pizza. I’d recommend either making the pizzas bigger again or lowering the price. This also would have been a 10/10, but we’re taking off points for the pizza being visibly smaller and giving it a 9.5/10. For dessert, I got the Big Spoon Bar, which has fior di latte, salted caramel, TCHO chocolate, sea salt, and hazelnut in it. No notes here easy 10/10. I literally could not complain. First bite was heaven! All in all, this was very good with only a few minor disappointments. Is this still my favorite pizza place? Yes. Will I return? Yes, I will but I also think it depends on whether they adjust the price or return the pizza to its original size. That’s literally just how we feel since we’ve been going there for years. “The bacon, spinach, and alfredo pizza is absolutley delicious. A nice garlic almost tangy flavor that just tastes amazing. The cheesesticks are equally great and the alfredo pasta is off the chain.

If you have not tried it or are not sure try it.
Also the resturant is extremley clean and they have a well stocked cooler with bevarages and some good desert items too.

Prices are pretty reasonable too compared to what youd pay at some of the mid tier chains out there as well.“

“They made a reservation and some of our people were early, of everyone in our party had to wait for everyone to get there and all walk in together. So some of our people were late and they canceled our reservations it’s my Grandson 16th Birthday Party!! I tried to order my Grandson a pizza, I was told it would be 20 minutes for one large pepperoni and sausage pizza after 25 minutes, I was told it would be 20 more minutes, we were all ready having to go find somewhere else to eat!!! I had to get my money back and wait on the manager to ok everything . So no food and 16th Birthday party ruined!!!“

“Food is good when it's made right. I get the same thing every time, but it's never made the same. I picked up a Newks Q pizza just now that I ordered with no jalapeños. I did check it before I left, and it appeared fine. But whoever made it took it upon them selves to make the pizza with no sauce or chili either. I know what the sauce looks like. That pizza was dry AF. Super disappointing when you pay almost $20 for one pizza with a tip.“

“I haven't been to this place a lot since moving here because I live next to another pizza spot, until recently when my parents moved next door. Now I can't stop thinking about this crust. My favorite pizza in Birmingham. My BIL came up recently and said the hot chick may be his fave pizza ever, and he's really picky. I also love the 90s vibe and it's very easy to order on their website. I now have it saved to favorites. Highly recommend.“

“I recently visited Mad Pies to celebrate a birthday party. It was at dinner time so I ordered a veggie pizza for me & my son which was gluten free & my wife ordered a ribeye steak to share with our daughter. The pizza was by far the best crust & pizza I have had. Absolutely amazing. My wife loved the steak wants to go back. Even my adult son & little girl want to return. This is a bar atmosphere but with food that you would expect at a nice restaurant. Staff were very friendly. The more customers the more staff would be needed. I highly reccomend anyone to visit for the food. If you like karaoke, Thursday night is your night! Restaurant prices with great quality.“

The pizza was ready right at the estimated pickup time, which I always appreciate.

This visit I ordered a Meatzza. The pizza was hot, fresh, cheesy, and loaded with toppings. Overall, the food was good and met expectations.

My only issue was with the special instructions. I specifically requested that the pizza not be cut. The reason is simple: the slices at this location are often cut unevenly, so I prefer to cut it myself at home. Unfortunately, the pizza was cut anyway.

This has happened multiple times at this location, which suggests someone is not paying close attention to order details. I brought it to the attention of the employee when I picked it up.

The food quality, convenience, and value keep me coming back, but attention to special requests is an area that could use improvement.“

“Ordered my food it was here in under 45 mins. That should be normal but there was 1 driver. He had an order to drop off before mine and still made it to me 30 mins after I ordered my pizza. The poor guy was so stressed out being the only driver on a Saturday night and was aggravated but still made sure to give me the right stuff and check the address. Thank you to Steven“

Her customer service and communication are always immaculate 10/10 every visit! I wish I could say the same for the manager who’s there mid-day. She always has an attitude, is constantly on her phone, and comes across as extremely rude. Honestly, I’d give this place negative 100 stars just for her. However, Crystal is wonderful, and I’d rather my review highlight the positive manager than the negative! When I mentioned writing a review in the car on the way home, my 9-year-old son said, “Make sure you write that even the kids love Ms. Crystal!” so that’s exactly what I’m doing!“
