I've ordered from this location a handful of times, and this last time, I placed the future order for it to be ready at 5:45 p.m. I noticed on the tracking that it was ready at 5:29 p.m., which was going to be an issue because I was not off of work at that time. I got to the location and the pizza was ready and sitting on a rack, but had not been kept hot. Even the bottom of the box was cold.
