“Since people on here are always complaining I want to praise Pizza Hut in Hueytown tonight. We ordered 2 pizzas at 6pm and it was on our doorstep at 6:35!! Just thought I’d share.! ♥️😍😀♥️“

This visit I ordered a Meatzza. The pizza was hot, fresh, cheesy, and loaded with toppings. Overall, the food was good and met expectations.

My only issue was with the special instructions. I specifically requested that the pizza not be cut. The reason is simple: the slices at this location are often cut unevenly, so I prefer to cut it myself at home. Unfortunately, the pizza was cut anyway.

This has happened multiple times at this location, which suggests someone is not paying close attention to order details. I brought it to the attention of the employee when I picked it up.

The food quality, convenience, and value keep me coming back, but attention to special requests is an area that could use improvement.“

“The Epic Stuffed Crust pizza is amazing! Honestly, me & my S/O would prefer the crust first bc it's that good! I've ordered pizza from here multiple times in the past month! I'm totally hooked! My order is pretty specific, too, so I'm sure they've prolly cracked it's the same person ordering each time!“

“I can not say enough how much I appreciate the supervisor at this location. I ordered my food off the app and it sent my order to the Bessemer location. When my food arrived I was missing several things I ordered and what I did get what I did get was not edible. I tried contacting the Bessemer location multiple times only to be hung up on every time. They literally picked the phone up and hung up immediately 7 times. Not knowing what else to do I called the Shades Crest location and had the pleasure of speaking to James. He went above and beyond to fix what another store messed up and was so kind to me. From now on I'll be placing pick up orders from his store just so I don't have to deal with the people at the Bessemer location“

“I order a large, thin and crispy, 3 topping pizza for pickup often enough that they don't even have to ask for my name when I pull up to the window :) I love my Pizza Hut pizza and it's the best deal in town when ordered as carryout. The employees are always kind to me and I'm grateful for them.“

“If you ever order a Deluxe pizza, then I think this is just a Domino's.In general, you will get nothing but a Cheese Pizza. Besides that, everything seems fine though I do have a complaint with their cheesy brand having less cheese than it did two years ago but that's just overall. I have worked in costumer service and I did not want to be difficult or greedy in anyway! I would've let it slide but it was my last 20. “I do not know how this place has been off my radar for so many years, but after eyeing the best looking pizza a friend has delivered, I knew we had the try it. It knocked our socks off! We get the everything pizza, and it is fabulous. Get the original crust if you are going with heavy toppings. Our grands love the pepperoni pizza, and so do we when we run out of ours. :) Even our food snob son was very impressed. Fresh ingredients, well cooked, delicious pizza, nice people, service times met every time. Winner, winner!“
