“I can not say enough how much I appreciate the supervisor at this location. I ordered my food off the app and it sent my order to the Bessemer location. When my food arrived I was missing several things I ordered and what I did get what I did get was not edible. I tried contacting the Bessemer location multiple times only to be hung up on every time. They literally picked the phone up and hung up immediately 7 times. Not knowing what else to do I called the Shades Crest location and had the pleasure of speaking to James. He went above and beyond to fix what another store messed up and was so kind to me. From now on I'll be placing pick up orders from his store just so I don't have to deal with the people at the Bessemer location“

“I do not know how this place has been off my radar for so many years, but after eyeing the best looking pizza a friend has delivered, I knew we had the try it. It knocked our socks off! We get the everything pizza, and it is fabulous. Get the original crust if you are going with heavy toppings. Our grands love the pepperoni pizza, and so do we when we run out of ours. :) Even our food snob son was very impressed.
