I am somewhat upset because this location is still drive-through only. They have all of the equipment such as table and chairs, but they still refused to open the lobby to the public.

Solid Pizza Hut pizza... No more no less...Exactly what you would expect... From Pizza Hut pizza.This location is now drive-thru only. While the service was prompt and my order was correct... I was looking forward to sitting down and eating some pizza.It's the main thing that separates Pizza Hut from Domino's and Papa John's and Little Caesars etc.I assume that the change to drive through only was because of the pandemic.I hope they open the dining room soon..

Hadn't had Pizza Hut in a minute!!!!!!Hats ? off to Mrs Henrietta (my big sister) & her team, Pizza Hut Bessemer Road!!!!!We phoned in our order kinda late on Wednesday evening (I believe), while en route, unbeknownst that location was drive thru only, which was fine......Then we called back to add another pizza to original order,....I tell you..... Pizza hut lives up to their slogan....."NO ONE OUT PIZZAS THE HUT"!!!!!!!P.S.Please get paper plates, crushed pepper and parmesan...read full review
