“Come from Pelham to eat here. Love Pizza hut, so it is worth it to travel. Came tonight and they made the wrong pizza. As they were giving it to me, they checked it and found it was missing a topping. Front of house made it again, in 6 minutes, gave me the incorrect pizza, and a drink that I was about to purchase for my inconvenience. Wow! She fixed the issues, made it right immediately. Love this place. Good pizza.“

“I haven’t eaten from this establishment in years. Last week I went in to pick up an order and was happy to find that they will hire people with special abilities. As a mom of two young special needs children this made me happy. I’m proud to live in a city where so many businesses are inclusive of this very capable population. Oh and the pizza was excellent!“

“Just wanted to review a fast paced restaurant when I see them do something right! I ordered a pizza with banana peppers and the guy working forgot to add them while making my pizza. He right away offered to remake the pizza for me and give me the other one for free. Definitely didn’t have to I would have been fine without the peppers but the associate stepped up and corrected the problem without me even complaining. Best food customer service I have seen in awhile around here!“
