“I can not say enough how much I appreciate the supervisor at this location. I ordered my food off the app and it sent my order to the Bessemer location. When my food arrived I was missing several things I ordered and what I did get what I did get was not edible. I tried contacting the Bessemer location multiple times only to be hung up on every time. They literally picked the phone up and hung up immediately 7 times. Not knowing what else to do I called the Shades Crest location and had the pleasure of speaking to James. He went above and beyond to fix what another store messed up and was so kind to me. From now on I'll be placing pick up orders from his store just so I don't have to deal with the people at the Bessemer location“
“Pretty classic experience for the small box locations. The one major up for this one is that — unless I've been lucky twice in a row — they have the freshest pizza in those boxes out of any I've ever had. A nice staff, and it looks super clean.“

“Though every day I mourn the old school sit-down Pizza Huts, this is my favorite Pizza Hut location. They always get my order right, it’s always delicious, and the service is always great. Shout out John Hawkins Pizza Hut crew, y’all rock!! 🎉“

“We always enjoy ordering from Papa Johns app. The other day the app was giving me trouble with my order and I accidentally ordered the same thing twice. They were kind enough to call me to let me know that my order was duplicated. Very wonderful customer service.“

“Shout-out to Jordon at the Newk's in Hoover, he is the best. Every time I've had an issue with rewards, he's been right there helping me and making sure it gets resolved. He really knows the app and the whole rewards process, and even other team members go to him when they need help redeeming points or fixing something that's not the normal flow. Super helpful, patient, and professional. Thank you, Jordon, I really appreciate you!“

“Vecchia’s overall is amazing! Delicious food, a variety of beverages, great atmosphere and most of all a superb staff! In addition, they offer throughout the week live music entertainment, 1/2 off wine on Wednesday, kid’s eat free on Tuesdays, Cooking classes, and bouncy house for kiddos on the weekends. Highly recommend!!!“
