However, there are hidden fees and extra percentages added on for credit card processing, and the fountain machine lever is disabled so customers must buy bottled water. Customer service can be lacking, with some staff less than excited. Despite this, the pizza is huge, very tasty, hot, fresh, and super cheesy, making it a must try for those in the Birmingham/Hoover area.
