Fresh made dough, pizzas, delicious calzone, salad, pasta and homemade desserts
Stopped at Pazzo Pizza Truck and grabbed this huge slice of pizza. There is honestly not much to complain about here I just kinda with the sausage crumbles had more flavor maybe better quality not sure if they make those in house or store bought already made but man was this pizza soooooo freaking good and hot! The floppy, New York style pizzas do not disappoint, with flavors that are never lacking and quality ingredients. Fans of New York style crust will find this place worth stopping for. The restaurant also offers calzones that are delicious and really good lemon cupcakes. A standout feature is the ability to order massive pizzas, as large as a 36” pizza, with quality just as good as the regular 10”, perfect for get-togethers with friends, birthday parties, or workplace events. Their offering of halal is a breakthrough for enjoying a variety of pizza options. However, there are hidden fees and extra percentages added on for credit card processing, and the fountain machine lever is disabled so customers must buy bottled water. Customer service can be lacking, with some staff less than excited. Despite this, the pizza is huge, very tasty, hot, fresh, and super cheesy, making it a must try for those in the Birmingham/Hoover area.
