“Mistakes at Chik Fil A are rare, so when they do happen, it is very disappointing. Staff was friendly as usual, but the gentleman taking my order was either hard of hearing or took it upon himself to reduce my calories. Instead of a large sweet tea and a 12 count of nuggets, I was given a medium tea and an 8 count of nuggets. The tea was fixed at the window, but I didn't discover the wrong nugget count until I was home. Maybe Chik Fil A should adopt a policy of repeating the order back to the customer to confirm?“

“The Alabaster, AL Arby's was great.
The food was good, the service was excellent & the atmosphere was CLEAN. I shared my 2nd BOGO roast beef sandwich with 2 stray kitty cats hiding in the bushes outside. If you're ever in the area, they would probably appreciate a snack, a hug & possibly a forever home. 😻🙀

“I’ve worked at the hospital for five years and have used this Pizza Hut so many times! These guys are always on point! They know my name!!! They greet me with a smile every time I walk in. My order has been messed up ONCE in the many times I’ve ordered (countless times); When I came back and told them about it, they made it right (I wasn’t expecting that at all). Definitely my favorite Pizza Hut and I live in Tuscaloosa!!! I’d give them ten stars if I could. :D“

“I got the pumpkin pie blizzard & fall is my favorite season. I ♥️ pumpkin spice!! It was very yummy. My husband got the caramel toffee blizzard. He liked it. We stopped at Alabaster DQ on our way out of state for our vacation. We decided to stop again on our way back from vacation going home. It is a big DQ with plenty of seating & an outdoor area to eat. Very nice.“

“Have always loved WHATABURGER way back when they heated the bun. (That is no longer done, sad to say.) My usual order is the WhataburgerMeal where I get onion rings instead of french fries. My last visit a couple of days ago was to the Alabaster, AL location. The burger should have come with tomato, yet we were not told they were out of tomatoes. The onion rings were hot and very good. Their fountain was out of my favorite drink, Barq’s Root Beer. Overall a bit disappointed in the experience.“
