“The food was good as always. We went on mother's day and there were no waiting list. They seat us right away. The server was kind of lost. Her voice was so low that was hard to understand what she was saying. When she brought our drink she spilled some, im glad was water. She did the same with one of our soup.“

“I’ve never had an issue with the food at this Zaxby’s. It’s always been A1. I’ve also never had a problem with the service until today.
The red-haired girl with piercings at the window didn’t seem very personable. I had placed a mobile order, but when I got to the window she gave me a total. I politely told her it was a mobile order, and she quickly turned around, handed me my bag, and gave me a drink that had soda spilled all over the cup.
Before I could even ask for a napkin or say anything about it, she said “have a great day” and closed the window.
No disrespect to her personally, but customer interaction might not be the best position for her. Hopefully this was just an off day.“

“Shout-out to Jordon at the Newk's in Hoover, he is the best. Every time I've had an issue with rewards, he's been right there helping me and making sure it gets resolved. He really knows the app and the whole rewards process, and even other team members go to him when they need help redeeming points or fixing something that's not the normal flow. Super helpful, patient, and professional. Thank you, Jordon, I really appreciate you!“

“Been waiting for an opportunity to eat here and it did NOT disappoint! Absolute amazing service, food was delicious, atmosphere was great! Server names Frank great! The hot honey pepperoni pizza was FANTASTIC, really wanted to finish it but was ready to burst! 10/10, absolutely amazing!“

“My favorite Ashley Mac’s meal is the pimento grilled cheese (topped with poppy’s pickles), broccoli slaw, and a slice of strawberry cake. It always hits the spot! I also love that I can order ahead online to avoid a longer wait time during busy hours.“

“Love Clean Eatz. I stumbled across them on a Google search for healthy food establishments as I’m in the process of losing weight and they were one of the top choices to try. Since I tried them out, I have been coming back if I don’t bring a meal with me to work. Thus far have lost 20 pounds thanks to them and the great food they provide. Definitely recommend the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and the Mac n cheese. It is amazing!“

“I went with my son and his class yesterday while on their field trip. Enjoyable experience, very helpful staff. It was kind of entertaining, there were several people ahead of me in line and the staff called "next person please" and even repeat it several times and customers would just stand there and not move up... My point being, that takes patience! Never heard anyone being disrespectful at all. Have a blessed day.“

“Service was the worst we have ever had. When you walk in the hostess doesn't even look at you. We were seated in the bar section and then pointed at by the hostess and wait staff to tell the bartender to take our table instead of walking over and telling him they had three people pointing and saying we were his table. Could barely understand the bartender since he talked so low I had to guess mostly what he was asking. The only nice person we encountered was the food runner. And nope didn't ask if we wanted dessert or anything just gave us the check and left. Worst by far visit ever could have.“

“I live nearby the Helena Chick-fil-a and have been going there frequently. There was a period when customers were few and drive thru service was a little slow but for the last few months it has been a real pleasure to go there. The food is ALWAYS great, and the menu options keep growing with variety and taste. The customer focused service workers in the drive thru are wonderful - competent, friendly and very efficient. I love this place and will continue to go there on a regular basis.“

“I recently had an issue with my order at Zaxby’s in Helena, but I wanted to share how impressed I was with their customer service. Although my order was not correct at first, the manager handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. They took the time to listen, apologized for the mistake, and made it right by inviting me to come back so they could replace the order.
When I returned, everything was handled quickly and with a positive attitude. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers and stand behind their service. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how a business responds that really matters and this team went above and beyond to fix the issue.
I appreciate the great customer service and the effort they made to ensure I left satisfied. That kind of care definitely makes me want to return.“

“Wonderful food served quickly by wonderful people.
While the drive-through is faster than dining in or ordering inside for takeout, you won't be waiting longer than 5 to 10 minutes tops.
If you need anything, they are quick to assist you.
