Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings in Helena is known for its good customer service, especially when handling mistakes. One customer praised how the manager listened, apologized, and made things right when an order was incorrect, showing they care about their customers. However, some experiences have been less positive, with waits for to-go orders that aren't ready and staff who are not welcoming. Fries are often cold, and the toast is not toasted properly. The kids meal is also considered not worth the price. Overall, while the restaurant cares about fixing mistakes, inconsistent service and food quality can affect the experience.
