“I have only doordashed food from this establishment, but we have ordered it in 3 or 4 times and it’s been fantastic every time. We’ve had different things from the beef nachos, chimichangas, fajita bowl, quesadillas, etc. The salsa is fresh and everything is always great.”

“I will never order from this place due to the lack of customer service skills these people have. I have ordered here multiple times with white rice missing from my order. When I call up to inform them that my rice is missing, I am always told to bring my food back up to store and “we will give you white rice”. Well there is a problem with that when I live 30 minutes away, my entire order is going to be cold at that point. They refuse to replace the entire order and do it correctly so all the food will be hot. It seems like this place is ok with screw ups and not doing the right thing. Every order that I place is a minimum of $60. If you are ok with losing a customer, I am ok not ordering from here.”

This Waffle House was a well-oiled machine—almost like watching a choreographed dance built around waffles, eggs, and bacon.

When we walked in, every table and every chair was filled. There were nine of us waiting, yet the staff never missed a beat. They greeted guests, filled bellies, cleared tables, and kept everything moving—never once dropping a smile.

At one point, when the grill was finally cleared, I overheard the team say “good job” to each other—right before another wave hit. And just like that, they were back at it without hesitation.

Kathleen was our server, and she was outstanding. Upbeat, hustling, and completely locked in. She never lost her rhythm, her smile, or her connection with the rest of the crew.

What stood out most was the leadership. Everyone jumped in where needed, even when it wasn’t technically “their job.” The leader led by helping—and honestly, it was hard to tell who the leader even was because the entire team moved as one.

In a high-pressure environment, this crew didn’t just survive—they excelled. It was truly refreshing to witness.”

“Love this location. I’m a night owl and no matter how soon I come to closing they always take care of me with no issues. A lot of restaurants have limited items late night or they are closing earlier than their posted hours.”

“Great Customer Service! They are often understaffed but they are always quick to say hello and make sure you know they are there to help. You might find a dirty table now and again when a rush comes through but this place is very clean!! I can't even imagine what prompted the bad customer service unless someone was eating their yogurt before it was weighed but even then they will remind that signs are posted and it's just not allowed. This is because there is no flat fee for the yogurt and toppings... its weighed. People who eat their yogurt before it's paid for are literally stealing. 🤔 I drive from Birmingham because of the Customer Service and they have the best Acia Bowls around! yummmm”

“I live nearby the Helena Chick-fil-a and have been going there frequently. There was a period when customers were few and drive thru service was a little slow but for the last few months it has been a real pleasure to go there. The food is ALWAYS great, and the menu options keep growing with variety and taste. The customer focused service workers in the drive thru are wonderful - competent, friendly and very efficient. I love this place and will continue to go there on a regular basis.”
