“The service here is amazing! I recently ordered the chicken hibachi with extra veggies and yum yum sauce to go. I didn’t check the food before I left and when I got home they gave me extra noodles instead of veggies. I messaged them on Facebook to let them know of the mistake and they offered to remake my order for free at my convenience! I went and picked up the remade order a week later and they even gave me the extra yum yum sauce and apologized again when I picked up the food. Great customer service and the food is amazing 🤤 Will definitely be back with family and friends!”

“I do not know how this place has been off my radar for so many years, but after eyeing the best looking pizza a friend has delivered, I knew we had the try it. It knocked our socks off! We get the everything pizza, and it is fabulous. Get the original crust if you are going with heavy toppings. Our grands love the pepperoni pizza, and so do we when we run out of ours. :) Even our food snob son was very impressed. Fresh ingredients, well cooked, delicious pizza, nice people, service times met every time. Winner, winner!”

“As a professional DoorDasher, I have not eaten here myself. But I will say that the service, since they opened recently, has dramatically improved. I am so glad to see this store. Thrive! A sidenote to DoorDashers, the GPS at this location is still incorrect. You must pull into the bank next-door, before you will get your arrived at store notification so that you can see the order.”

“father's day 2025. placed my order and the receipt showed 11:22 am and it was a 91 and change order. they ain't cheap, but they are incompetent. Was told to pull forward. waited 30 minutes. gave plenty time to prepare the 20 piece mix box and a chicken finger box. backed up to the window, they didn't even know I was waiting. took my receipt and I waited another 15 min before being told to come inside. I get inside and there are multiple customers waiting and several trying to get their orders sorted. they said they were gonna refund me after me waiting 45 minutes outside. I stood in the store another 10 to 15 minutes waiting on my refund all while the employees all blamed each other. terrible service. terrible attitudes. multiple people walked out after one employee said we need to just shut down the entire lobby. the manager said she couldn't as she was fumbling with getting my refund. entire place needs an overhaul regarding their staff.”

“Jacks is Woodstock is a JOKE!!! Ran to get the kids a biscuit this morning..... sit in line waiting to order for TWENTY MINUTES no exaggeration....finally get to the speaker and after another 5 min the lady takes my order ....repeats it wrong...takes it again...repeats it wrong...takes it again..tells me to pull around then opens the window and TELLS ME THEY ARE CLOSED !!!! Timmy is late for the bus I'm gonna be late for work and there is still a line out of the parking lot into the road with other people who I'm sure are trying to eat before work. Why not say we're closed instead of taking orders????? I understand short staffed blah blah whatever but that's pure bs! I thought that they were only taking orders one car at a time because of staffing but they were purposely doing this! 4 cars ahead of me were done the same way! this happened at 6am this morning ...they open at 5”

I remember a couple years ago my siblings forgot what flavor snow cone I wanted so they got me frog in a blender now I get it every time who knew forgetfulness could be delicious. It's not just the snow cones it's also the food. Their pretzels, funnel cakes, and nachos are the only food I've had from there but I loved all of them. I always ask my mom if we can get sno daze after school. The only problem is it takes kinda long sometimes but personally I say it's worth the wait. Yummyyyyy”
