Ordered on The mobile app went through the drive-through. They asked me to pull around and sit in the mobile parking and waited about 15 to 20 minutes for my order. The order was correct and everything was in the bag. The employees that I had contact with work, polite and nice.
Went by to try them out first time. The guy took my order was very polite. Ordered the 9.00 box. Got home took one bite out of my taco. Very disappointed with the meat. It was mostly lettuce and cheese. Second taco the soggy on one side and no meat on the other. The steak burrito I was so up set the cheese on top was not melted it just fell off. I didn’t eat it I gave it to my husband when he got home from work.
Just go to a Mexican restaurant if you want Mexican.

Taco Bell offers a variety of fast food options, including tacos and Mexican pizza. Customers generally find the food to be light on ingredients, and some notice that the taste of menu items like tacos and Mexican pizza has changed over time, possibly due to lower food standards. Service can be slow, especially during busy times, and staff sometimes make mistakes with orders, such as giving a regular taco instead of a taco supreme. However, customer service is often friendly, and managers are helpful when issues are raised. The atmosphere can be affected by advertisements about rewards, which may not always be usable at this location. Despite occasional mistakes and concerns about food quality, many customers appreciate the staff’s effort and the restaurant’s ability to handle busy days, especially after large events. Overall, Taco Bell is seen as a decent option with attentive staff, though improvements in speed and consistency could enhance the experience.
