“father's day 2025. placed my order and the receipt showed 11:22 am and it was a 91 and change order. they ain't cheap, but they are incompetent. Was told to pull forward. waited 30 minutes. gave plenty time to prepare the 20 piece mix box and a chicken finger box. backed up to the window, they didn't even know I was waiting. took my receipt and I waited another 15 min before being told to come inside. I get inside and there are multiple customers waiting and several trying to get their orders sorted. they said they were gonna refund me after me waiting 45 minutes outside. I stood in the store another 10 to 15 minutes waiting on my refund all while the employees all blamed each other. terrible service. terrible attitudes. multiple people walked out after one employee said we need to just shut down the entire lobby. the manager said she couldn't as she was fumbling with getting my refund. entire place needs an overhaul regarding their staff.“

“Ordered on The mobile app went through the drive-through. They asked me to pull around and sit in the mobile parking and waited about 15 to 20 minutes for my order. The order was correct and everything was in the bag. The employees that I had contact with work, polite and nice.“

Treat Customers Well,Go 2wrk&leave Any&All problems,trouble's,Bad Attitude's at home.Those who aren't workin at This Time,Are gettin hired workin a few days,quits&starts another.(b/c they know they can due 2just a High Demand 4worker)The thing that bothers me most is when ppl are Always eating out,Then complainin about the service they received&sometimes w/good cause (we are all human&make mistakes at times)Some take it 2extremes,causin a fuss,ppl's feelings get Hurt,some Totally Embarrass The 1-2 wrkers&or make them feel Not worthy causing a longer wait time 2fill order.While you're complaining that your food isn't ready, isn't prepared as ask,Try taking a couple deep breaths, communicate w/them so they can correct the problem&or take&fill your order elsewhere, Definitely B4 SHOWIN OUT,GETTIN RUDE,SAYIN HURTFUL THINGS&OR B4 U START TRYIN 2MAKE SOME1 ELSE LOOK BAD OR CALL THEM OUT ON A MISTAKE;PLZ,STOP&THINK THEY COULD B AT HOME LIKE ALL THE OTHER LAZY, BUMS THAT ARE or HAVE BEEN LIVIN OFF Government payments,Welfare &free assistance,ect.Since Pandemic hit.,instead of at wrk w/fixing u food 2eat&doin their Job,while Rude Strangers talk dwn 2them,Complain &Act Ungrateful 2the Few Dedicated workers,who are trying 2 run a business by themselves (1 or more restaurant lately I've seen literally 1-3 Employees Only Workin but b/c of their dedication 2job,their dedication 2U,Their Family or what ever makes them show up,Greet U w/ Smile,&I for 1 am very Thankful& Appreciative 4All Workers;such as like This Young Man here.He works Store alone most time w/lil or No help,He's Professional,He doesn't complain 2Customers,So b4 U Think about Disrespecting him,or complain about how he fixes your sandwich, HOW ABOUT THANKING HIM 4BEIN OPEN SO THOSE WHO NEED 2GRAB A GOOD MEAL ON THE WAY HOME ARE ABLE TO .DON'T JUST COMPLAIN, GOOD DEEDS NEED TO BE RECONIGNIZED TOO!!!! “Jacks is Woodstock is a JOKE!!! Ran to get the kids a biscuit this morning..... sit in line waiting to order for TWENTY MINUTES no exaggeration....finally get to the speaker and after another 5 min the lady takes my order ....repeats it wrong...takes it again...repeats it wrong...takes it again..tells me to pull around then opens the window and TELLS ME THEY ARE CLOSED !!!! Timmy is late for the bus I'm gonna be late for work and there is still a line out of the parking lot into the road with other people who I'm sure are trying to eat before work. Why not say we're closed instead of taking orders????? I understand short staffed blah blah whatever but that's pure bs! I thought that they were only taking orders one car at a time because of staffing but they were purposely doing this! 4 cars ahead of me were done the same way! this happened at 6am this morning ...they open at 5“

“I have gotten food from this McDonald's many times in the past year that I've lived here. I this one surprisingly never failed to get my order complete, And they almost always add napkins. I wish all McDonald's were as on point as this one“

“I like coming here cause the times I grab food theres little to no wait. Beverly is the best. Whenever she's there I get my order immediately and it's always correct. If she's not there I'm probably missing something in my order. Give Beverly a raise.“

“Today. Is July the 18th 2026? I stopped in to get me a meatball sub. I just wanted to give you compliments on the staff. The service and the food and the cookies period I haven't been to Subway in a long time. But I was wanting some today, so I stopped up here on highway, 216 at the love's truck stop that has the subway in it. I went in the staff got right to work. They were making sandwiches for a long line of people, but they were moving fast. Period it was within 5 minutes that I had my sandwich thickets ready, checked out and walking out the door period this is the best food that I have had from Subway in several years but I don't come to this Subway because I live on the other side of town period but this Subway up here. Is top-notch? I give them 100 out of 100. I'm very proud to make this review. I'm very proud of the staff and the quality of the food. The restaurant is very clean and they was all wearing gloves. I want to say, thank y'all so much for everything y'all do. It's 1:02 PM on a Saturday, July 18th 2026.God bless y'all and y'all's families“

“The young lady was the only one working and the line was to the door. I waited about 45 minutes all together but this lady deserves a raise. She was very nice to each customer and she was hustling to get all of our food made. She greeted each one of us with a smile and closed with “have a merry Christmas”. She deserves recognition for how she handled everything today. Being a former manager of a fast food restaurant I would have loved to have her work for me. And she deserves next Christmas off! Haha“
