“General manager is doing great with the trainee and staff he was in the lobby while i dined in saturday our cashier she was simply amazing but he just made me feel so at home this store is always so organized polite and clean so its no wonder he was chosen to train here hes doing a really good job and learning alot can’t wait to find out where his location is so I can check it out as well“

“Amazing smash burger! Definitely the best I’ve tried yet! Not bashing five guys burgers but I believe this place imo takes the title hands down! It would be nice if there was more Joyland restaurant locations! Service was awesome here in Birmingham!! Definitely will be back!!!“

“I've loved Milo's hamburgers for decades. Their fries are delicious. You may think you are already a fan of Milo's sweet tea, but if you haven't had any that was freshly made at Milo's (not bought at your local grocery store), you are seriously missing out.“

“I ordered through Uber Eats and the food was hot and fresh but I was disappointed when I got regular fries instead of Mex fries. The staff was so pleasant when I called to inform them of the error. One of the managers asked for my address & personally drove my Mex fries to me. That was most definitely above & beyond customer service.“
