“Great food. Service is horrible. Went to pick up an order for Doordash a few days ago. Waited I. The drive thru line for 10 minutes because they had the lobby locked, get to the order box and they told me theybga e the order away already. That's not how Doordash works, I told him that and he just kept repeating " we already gave it away" so if you order door dash from this place be warned: THEY WILL GIVE YOUR FOOD AWAY TO ANYONE WHO COMES AND SAYS THEYRE WITH DOORDASH WITH PI UT ANY PROOF APPARENTLY!!!!!“
“The manager there is great. But the guy that was in there the last couple days is a clown. Im a door dash driver, I walked in to get an order, which I was informed immediately was "coming out". The customer in front of me (sweet lady, had 52 hungry people waiting for her) had a large order and required 3 trips to her car. I offered to help, so between myself, sweet lady, and the clown, we got it in one. It was raining pretty hard. The clown and I came back in, he proceeds to sticking stickers on boxes, and standing around... Another 15 mins goes by... He hasnt even gone back to put my order in the boxes. Finally, I ask, "my order out yet?"... I swear, he looked me in the eye and casually says "yeah, I was just getting these other boxes ready.... " I looked around, nobody else is there to get an order, so I told him to get my order ready, I had to go. He says "oh? U got alot of orders?".... I waited a total of 46 mins for an order i was told was ready when i walked in. Now the manager I spoke of at the beginning happened to not be there for this... I hope she didnt quit, bc that store apparently doesn't operate without her. When shes there, ALONE, she makes sure that store flows smooth.“
“This location has so vastly improved in the past year or so. Attentive, friendly staff, delicious food, and quick, awesome service make a visit to this location always an enjoyable mealtime with family or coworkers. Many Kudos to the Team there!!!“
“I liked Hibachi before new management and I still like them...a Lot. The food is really tasty and my son craves the egg rolls. They are the BEST. Not too fat and not too little. The only new item I was not impressed with was the chicken sticks. They were little tiny strips of meat and not breaded. My favorite are the egg rolls, crab rangoon, and the dumplings (fried). I really like the Teriyaki bowls and Asian bowls. I did not give 5 overall stars because of the prices. Some items are restaurant prices, especially the egg rolls...at almost $3 a piece, that adds up quick. But, I usually splurge on payday since sons and I like theirs more than anybody.“
“We'll start with the food... I had the 2 catfish fillets with fries and Mac and cheese and added 3 whole, lemon pepper wings. The catfish was fried great and the batter was on point. Not a ton of seasoning but I dipped it in their comeback sauce and it was a good compliment. The chicken was my favorite! The skin was super crispy and it was seasoned well! The Mac and cheese tasted homemade, it gets an 8/10 and there was nothing special about the fries. My wife had the tenders which had a sweet taste to them and they were phenomenal. They would pair well with the waffles which were also good and prepared perfectly, very light and fluffy. The establishment isn't bad. A little tight so not idea for big crowds. They were out of drink selections and we were never updated about our order. I did realize they make everything fresh but just kindly letting us know they are still working on it would have been nice. It was 7 of us and my total came to $127, but the portions were good so I'm ok with the price. I would give a 5 if the fries were seasoned, Mac and cheese had a bit more seasoning, fish was seasoned a bit more and the establishment was a bit more inviting. Maybe offering some "out-of-the- box" selections since everything is made to order. We'll definitely go back if we visit Birmingham! ??“
“The ladies working there are absolutely amazing. I watched them greet and thank everyone who came and went, they were quick to wipe down tables and willing to bring food to me and my 2 year old. Best experience at any sneaky Pete’s I’ve been to. Definitely will be back.“
“Typical 5 guys restaurant, dont expect anything fancy but polite, and courteous staffing, but yall not here for that yall wanna know why i wrote this review. Their food is immaculate IT IS ALWAYS HOT ??? I MEAN TWO BIG BOYS IN A PHONE BOOTH HAWT. AND THEY COOK IT WITH DAMN LOVE THE FOOD IS SO GOOD. They always make sure to give you hella fries, you can pretty much get full off those without eating your meal but you'll definitely have more for later. I got the Cajun fries they were seasoned with a black mothers intuition for season handling, for those that dont have black mothers, the fries had a plentiful amount to make sure your taste buds knew it was Cajun seasoning all on them fries ?! Then i only had a junior (cause im health conscious ??) Fr though that food is cooked like it's got crack in it... I'm salivating thinking about it.. There isn't any crack in the food but the flavor bursts in your mouth with just about any topping you can think of for a Burgers n Dogs type of restaurant. Juicy delectable food cooked with that "at home on the grill" feel. “? I grew up eating these hamburgers. Every time I come to town, I have to eat at Milo's at least once or twice .The burgers are awesome and the fries are delicious. Be sure to dip the fries in some of these special sauce they put on the burgers.“
“This Milo's location used to be very nice. Not so much now, because of personnel changes including managers, the service is not as quick & efficient as it once was. Employees disagreements can be heard over the drive thru speaker is very unprofessional to say the least! This location in Forestdale is losing customers daily!“
