“I like Five Guys’ foods and service very much. I was so disappointed in the service today, though, that I feel compelled to write this in hope that the manager at the Fultondale location will see it. I went in to place an order, but noticed one employee was cooking food and there was no one at the register. As I walked to the register, I passed two employees seated at one table and another employee seated at a separate table. I stood at the register waiting, but no employee approached. The cook, who was quite busy, saw me and called to someone, but still no one came. One employee at a table rose and walked to the back of the room, so I thought she had gone back to go behind the counter, but she came back to her table having just gone to refill her cup. We made eye contact, so she knew I was waiting. But neither she nor the other two employees made any attempt to assist me. After another six minutes, with no acknowledgment at all from the three seated employees,I left. I won’t give up on Five Guys after one bad experience, but I hope the manager will see this write-up and use it as a teaching moment for today’s staff.“

“The steakhouse burger lacking in the fried onions on the burger as advertised! Once we got home the burger received suppose to look like the picture you're advertising! These are misleading what my husband and I received tonight and it was very dry 😒.. The Hibiscus Lemonade is very sour we're not a fan of that.The banana pudding milk shake is a great addition you should keep instead limited time.The service she gave was positive and vibrant.“

“I’m sure this doesn’t happen often so I just wanted to give you guys a great review for having James as a part of your team. I went to your store on 7/31/20 and this man went above and beyond to help me. He was kind, courteous, and willing to make everyone feel welcomed. He is very well spoken and super polite. “No military or senior discount, but does offer a .25 senior drink.
I guess our curly fries would have been good if we would have gotten them. Check your orders before they go out especially at drive thru & take out. At least inside orders there's time to notice something missing.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m only giving this place 5 stars because of how amazing Crystal (I hope I spelled that right) and the evening shift are every time we come. Her customer service and communication are always immaculate 10/10 every visit! I wish I could say the same for the manager who’s there mid-day. She always has an attitude, is constantly on her phone, and comes across as extremely rude. Honestly, I’d give this place negative 100 stars just for her. However, Crystal is wonderful, and I’d rather my review highlight the positive manager than the negative! When I mentioned writing a review in the car on the way home, my 9-year-old son said, “Make sure you write that even the kids love Ms. Crystal!” so that’s exactly what I’m doing!“

“It is a great place to eat and it is also very close to where I live so very convenient. The only problem I have with this restaurant in general is that they have a very high turnover rate and therefore a lot of the times the food is not prepped or served properly“

“Typical Chic Fil A, The food is top tier but this location needs some serious updates, lots of disrepair in the dining area. The staff was on par but not the best we’ve ever had.
Parking: Tight parking lot that’s not the easiest to get to from the main roads.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they have a play place at this location.
Wheelchair accessibility: ADA Compliant“
