“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m only giving this place 5 stars because of how amazing Crystal (I hope I spelled that right) and the evening shift are every time we come. Her customer service and communication are always immaculate 10/10 every visit! I wish I could say the same for the manager who’s there mid-day. She always has an attitude, is constantly on her phone, and comes across as extremely rude. Honestly, I’d give this place negative 100 stars just for her. However, Crystal is wonderful, and I’d rather my review highlight the positive manager than the negative! When I mentioned writing a review in the car on the way home, my 9-year-old son said, “Make sure you write that even the kids love Ms. Crystal!” so that’s exactly what I’m doing!“

“I recently visited Mad Pies to celebrate a birthday party. It was at dinner time so I ordered a veggie pizza for me & my son which was gluten free & my wife ordered a ribeye steak to share with our daughter. The pizza was by far the best crust & pizza I have had. Absolutely amazing. My wife loved the steak wants to go back. Even my adult son & little girl want to return. This is a bar atmosphere but with food that you would expect at a nice restaurant. Staff were very friendly. The more customers the more staff would be needed. I highly reccomend anyone to visit for the food. If you like karaoke, Thursday night is your night! Restaurant prices with great quality.“

“Ordered my food it was here in under 45 mins. That should be normal but there was 1 driver. He had an order to drop off before mine and still made it to me 30 mins after I ordered my pizza. The poor guy was so stressed out being the only driver on a Saturday night and was aggravated but still made sure to give me the right stuff and check the address. Thank you to Steven“

“Wow is an understatement. My husband and I decided to pop into this Chili’s for the first time for lunch. We were immediately greeted by the hostess who told us that the only seating available was the bar since they only had one server show up. We were totally okay with this and proceeded to the bar. Our waitress Ashley (the only waitress in the whole restaurant) was swamped with many tables, but still greeted us with a sweet smile and immediately took our drink orders. Within 5 minutes (literally) our appetizers, drinks, and food were in front of us. The food was hot, fresh, and so tasty. The back line cooks were helping Ashley buss tables and deliver food. Every single staff member was working so hard as a team to make each person’s experience a pleasant one. To add on top of this, they all did it with a smile and no complaint. I have not seen/had service like this in a long time. So incredibly pleased. CHILI’S PAY THIS STAFF WHAT THEY DESERVE!“

“Shoutout to Zaxby’s in Fultondale. I went to get food for the ER and CICU at Brookwood Hospital to thank them for taking good care of my husband Hewey Lawson. The best customer service and they all wished him a speedy recovery. Caring people❤️ They even remembered me when I came back to get dinner for the family since it smelled so good!“

“The only reason I gave 3 stars is because there was a wait on chicken wings and that's what I drove 20 minutes for. 8 settled for a grilled chicken sandwich that had mayo and pickles on it only 😟. I thought it came with lettuce and 🍅. But it was ok. And the fries were delicious. Maybe next time I'll get my chicken wings and fries and coleslaw. It's the best.“

“Walking around 5 points looking for a place to eat. Everywhere else was 20+ minute wait. I was in and outta here within 10 minutes w honey bbq wings & steak quesadilla combo for under $15. Young man upfront very polite and professional. Nowhere to sit inside, takeout only, Great quesadilla, good flavor & crisp to wings. The new late night goto spot!“
