Chicken Wings near Fultondale

“I called prior to heading to the location . I was told order would be ready in 10 minutes . I headed over to pick up my order due to me being more than 20 minutes away . I get there and still have to wait 20 minutes for my order . I had to ask for Ranch and Celery that is supposed to come with it . Had to wait for them to get some ready . Mind you my order was placed on Wednesday. I requested all of this with my order. They gotta do better with this . I don’t like the fact that your advertised price is $39.99 then you add 8.51 for getting traditional chicken wings . Nowhere does it say there will be an up charge for ordering traditional wings . $53. 35 was my total .“

“I’ve never had any major issues with this particular location and if anything was wrong they immediately apologized and were happy to make it right! The workers are all friendly and the delivery drivers are always prompt and professional and a pleasure to deal with! I choose domino’s pizza over any other pizza place locally due to the consistency of amazing service and quality!“

“Wow is an understatement. My husband and I decided to pop into this Chili’s for the first time for lunch. We were immediately greeted by the hostess who told us that the only seating available was the bar since they only had one server show up. We were totally okay with this and proceeded to the bar. Our waitress Ashley (the only waitress in the whole restaurant) was swamped with many tables, but still greeted us with a sweet smile and immediately took our drink orders. Within 5 minutes (literally) our appetizers, drinks, and food were in front of us. The food was hot, fresh, and so tasty. The back line cooks were helping Ashley buss tables and deliver food. Every single staff member was working so hard as a team to make each person’s experience a pleasant one. To add on top of this, they all did it with a smile and no complaint. I have not seen/had service like this in a long time. So incredibly pleased. CHILI’S PAY THIS STAFF WHAT THEY DESERVE!“

Does have a drive up window and you can order online and pay in the store....
Pizza hut is down from Winn Dixie in the same shopping center.“

“Shoutout to Zaxby’s in Fultondale. I went to get food for the ER and CICU at Brookwood Hospital to thank them for taking good care of my husband Hewey Lawson. The best customer service and they all wished him a speedy recovery. Caring people❤️ They even remembered me when I came back to get dinner for the family since it smelled so good!“
