“I want to acknowledge the great customer service received on 8-6-26 after a bad experience on 7-29-26 where I spent more than $50.

They comped an entire meal!!!

The District Manager (Brittany) made things right that night and gave me a store credit of $20 but to my surprise when I went to go use the credit on 8-6-26 I was informed that the entire meal would be comped.

Thank you for acknowledge the service I received was not acceptable and seeing value in my time and compensating me for it.

Big shout out to store associate Landon as well for facilitating with my concerns from start to finish and understanding the service was less than acceptable. He was pleasant from start to finish and truly empathized with my concerns.“

“Gutheries in Trussville has improved so much over the last year, and I highly recommend giving it another chance if it's been a while since you've been there.

We had dinner there last night, and everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and fast, and you can really tell the new owners are doing a great job turning things around. The new toast is especially our favorite!

My kids and I all enjoyed our meal, and we'll definitely be back. :)“

“I wish I had taken a picture of our order this evening. It was fresh and it was good. We did it on DoorDash and it’s worth the extra you pay for delivery. They always use the covers that go over the boxes so it all stays pretty warm.
Plus you can always reheat pizza.
The quality of the food is a higher standard compared to the rest of the take out and dine in pizza places in the Trussville/Pinson area.

“They have the best cheesy bread ! The store's a little small , but there's plenty of room to sit. People are always friendly. Can be a little hard to get in and out of the small parking lot, However , you can park at the shell parking lot while getting gas and walk straight over to Papa John's“
