“Really good wings and fries, but some of the young men that work their are vulgar and don't respect customers based on the conversations they have among each other. They curse a lot. Very unprofessional which makes the atmosphere uninviting. But the wings ... Really good!!!“
“What a great spot in irondale! Their portions are incredible, for $25 or less two people can eat a giant sandwich and huge portion of fries with a drink. The philly cheese steaks, fish and burgers are amazing. The drive through takes a few minutes, but it's made to order and the staff are kind and make sure you get all your napkins, sauce and everything else.I will say, I don't recommend the gyro because just lettuce and tomato toppings are disappointing when you have such good local Mediterranean and Arab food around at a similar price. There's so many great things on this menu, that's the only one that's been a bummer so far.“
“In general I have no problems with this KFC. They are a decent place.I went there to tonight Oct, 4 2023. They had no recent cooked chicken breasts or wings.I can understand to a point was around 6pm or so. Especially when only cooking so much.Due to getting late in the evening. Other than that was good.“
“Having lived the past few years outside of a Domino's Pizza delivery area. (Living in Southside, behind UAB... Not the swamps)...I have been tongue-washed (think brainwashed) by Papa Who.Man o man. Domino's can really throw a tasty pizza together in no time flat. But let's talk about what's really important:Price.Carry out special, you say? I don't have to pay the other places fees???(3.99$ delivery to drive 6 blocks that takes up to an hour, blah blah)So... This is where all the mini-pieces of me sing together in a happy song.Pizza under 8$Pizza so hot that Satan said cool it off?Delicious sauce?Fresh ingredients?I would have said someone pinch me to make sure I am not dreaming....But fortunately, Domino's Pizza has the ka-jillon dollar tiny sauce cups that they're quite proud of.I knew things were right in the world. All in all..Damn good pizza.And... They provided paper plates, napkins, pepper & cheese packs!!! Without charging me a single penny..Great pizza and no dishes,I love you Domino's!“
“This is one of the best hot chicken restaurants in Birmingham. There are many students and many families. The taste is ok, but the parking lot and store are spacious, and you can choose spicy chicken, so I go often.I recommend hot for spiciness. It is spicy enough to satisfy most Koreans. Please note that it is a bit dangerous starting from damn hot.“
“I think his name was Felix, he was the guy behind the bar and serving tables last night. This guy is absolutely amazing he is what's going to make this company succeed. These people like him and his generosity and courteousness and his kindness, he really was something special and I'm really glad I had the opportunity to run into him“
“Stopped in before a movie with my girlfriend. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. I ordered classic wings and gf ordered a chicken sandwich. The sandwich was massive and the wings were good sized. Prices were very reasonable. They seem to be mainly a carry-out business but have a few dining tables and 2 TVs. Enjoyable and would visit again when in the area.“
“Honey mustard sauce was great. Prices were reasonable. Glazed waffles weren’t too sweet but definitely didn’t need any more maple syrup for my taste. Maybe provide 2 honey mustard sauces instead of just 1 and remove one of the maple syrup packets.“
“Golden Rule, one of the oldest barbecue joints in the USA, opened its doors in Irondale in 1891. Growing up, this was always my family's favorite. My dad would pick up pork sandwiches or a pound of pork, and we would eat it with Golden Flake potato chips and drink Coca-Cola. My dad, now in his 80s, still loves Golden Rule. Whenever we get together with family, this is where he wants to go. This place still has a small town vibe with friendly waitresses that remember you and your family. It's a place where small and large groups are welcome, and friends like to hangout and talk. If you aren't a BBQ fan. They also serve chicken sandwiches, hamburgers, and cheeseburgers. I love BBQ, and my favorite is their pork plate sliced, not chopped with a side of mac and cheese and their vinegar cole slaw.“
