The french fries were served at a suboptimal temperature, and the grilled chicken sandwich was overcooked, resulting in a dry texture and also served cold.
I ordered food to the wrong location and the manager made a call and cancelled it at the other location and made it fresh here. This is an extremely friendly crew and would recommend highly.

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings in Crestwood and Irondale offers a mix of experiences. Some customers have faced issues with service, such as long wait times and inattentive staff, especially when visiting the Crestwood location. One customer waited 10 minutes for a mobile order, feeling ignored and assuming the staff could have been more polite. During a busy Saturday, staff were seen texting and not assisting customers, which led to frustration. However, the Irondale location received high praise for its welcoming staff, particularly Michelle, who provided excellent customer service and made the food fresh and hot, restoring faith in the brand after past disappointments.
Many customers appreciate the quality of the food, especially the chicken tenders, which are cooked to order and remain hot when eaten at home or on the go. The drive-thru service is noted for being quick and efficient, with orders ready when customers arrive, and ample parking is available at the Irondale location. The cookies and cheesecake bites are popular, with some customers reheating the cheesecake bites in an air fryer to enjoy them later.
Overall, Zaxby's is recognized for its consistent speed, tasty food, and friendly service at times, though experiences can vary. Customers enjoy the convenience of mobile ordering and appreciate the quality of the food, especially the chicken tenders and desserts. However, some have experienced less satisfactory service, highlighting the importance of attentive staff for a better dining experience.
