Worst customer service. Probably the rudest zaxbys I’ve ever been to. Honestly I think every other zaxbys I have been to has been. 10x better. The workers are so rude every time. I’m interrupted every time I try and order. If you would’ve given me 2 extra seconds I would’ve told you what to drink. And I’ll let you know if I’m done with my order. Sometimes people have more than 1 meal they’re ordering. They make it sound like it’s the biggest burden to take your order. Food is usually good though. But they’ll hire any warm body.

This location met all my expectations for a Zaxby's. The food was good and I love their Coke Freestyle machine. One worker was especially courteous and checked on us during our meal. It's a good location for a meal.
How do you forget the chicken fingers in a kids meal? Don’t even THINK about changing the sauce on your sandwich, These employees may literally be the dumbest people in Birmingham.

I paid 2.39 for fries with my order and didn’t get the fries. I was rushed out of the drive through line because they were “busy”. Turns out I didn’t even get the fries. You’re welcome for your free money what a scam of a business. This is the fifth time in the last year that my order has been unfulfilled at this particular location. This is wrong.

Just spoke to the rudest lady with the worst attitude. She messed up my order and she didn’t even offer to fix it .
This has got to be the WORST Zaxby's in the franchise. Always dirty, the soda machines are a mess either overflowing with ice or out of ice. The condiments empty, the place dirty. I hate to criticize the staff but Dear GOD are they the worst. I feel like I'm begging them to please take my order. The food is not up to Zaxby's standards. Corporate needs to come in and take over here. It's hurting the brand. I love Zaxby's and this on in particular ruins it.

I've been here a couple times and they've gotten the order wrong 100% of the time (not exaggerating).The lady working the drive through needs to be taught how to talk to other people. She isn't curt, she's rude. She's annoyed by our existence.And fix your parking lot... not everyone drives trucks.

I wish I could have given this store a zero. This is the most incompetent restaurant I’ve ever been too. When we pulled up, there was about a minute or two of silence. Then a woman said “hold on.” Five minutes later, some fat guy came and sat down at the register, counting money never, acknowledging us. 10 minutes has passed with no type of acknowledgment. Finally another guy said there’s been a shift change and for us to wait a minute. Another five minutes passed and a lady said the same thing about the shift change, but that we have to come inside to order. We parked, went inside with no apology, or even a ounce of remorse for the last 15 or so minutes. Customer service has a lot to do with making the customer feel slightly important and this just wasn’t done at the store.
