We ordered food from here for our end of year football party. due to weather (cold and rainy) we changed our party location last minute from Heardmont Playground to Chick Fil A. Isaac accommodated us quickly, reserving tables for us, and making everything easy and fun for parents and kids. “Not a huge fan of Milos. That being said the employees were nice and polite, cutting up and having a good time at work. They brought that to the atmosphere of the restaurant, definitely a plus.

Having employees that enjoy their work and work together well while taking care of the customer is a huge deal nowadays.

As far as the food goes it was Milo's, if you like it you do if you don't you don't.“

“Got the cheeseburger meal with onion rings and french fries cheeseburger was pointed on probably just as good if not better than five guys. The onion rings were a little soggy. French fries were good and crisp for the money. It’s pretty good deal if you want that much food. also got an unsweetened iced tea and it would be nice if they actually made it a little bit stronger. The only thing that was a turn off was the people that beg for money and smell bad when your trying to eat“

“This is hands-down the best drive-through pick up pizza in town. Never greasy & friendly engaged staff. I have tried other stuffed crust pizzas and at least the one at this particular Pizza Hut is truly the best ever. Only downside as it doesn’t come in a smaller size!“

The manager and employees both were Accommodating and generous. They remade my entire order and we’re happy to do it and I really appreciated that today“

“I saw a review on here about someone had the special BBQ Brisket Steakburger and decided I would try it but never got to do it until today and was surprised they still had it going on. LOVED IT!! The BBQ sauce is sweet yet tangy but not overpowering like many BBQ places. The brisket on top of the double steakburgers were plenty and each strip was really meaty and not loaded with a lot of fat like other BBQ places. The pickles and sweet onions on top were a kicker also as they really added to the flavor with every bite. I am glad I had a big hungry appetite though because that burger was more than enough for a meal especially the healthy helping of shoe string fries!! Well done also to the staff for the prompt service from the moment I walked in with a welcome to Freddy's and the friendly smile of the cashier and the thank you from the cook when I picked up my order at the service counter!! Impressive for a fast food operation, but I will admit that having good employees to pass on the right attitude when working is important and this crew made the grade on that and more!! Thank you everyone!!“

“If you want some good wings around Forestdale, this is the spot! Wings always on point, they season their food well, and if you want more of something like garlic pepper or cajun, they'll throw it on for you for no extra charge! Be aware though, this is not a place to sit down and eat your food after. There's a couple chairs for waiting, but that's it. The food is great quality and a great price. Best chicken in Forestdale!!!“

“This place is drive-through only so service is pretty quick. I got an Original Box Combo with a sweet tea and ranch. Our food was ready very quickly. The Texas Toast was pretty plain, I got the butt of the loaf so maybe that’s why. I don’t really eat slaw so I don’t know what that tastes like. The chicken was good and the sauce was nice. French fries were nice and crispy, had a good flavor to them. The sweet tea was pretty good, very sweet but what I was hoping for. The chicken fingers are pretty small but the whole meal is filling.“

“I picked up my take out order. I told the staff I needed the strawberry shake. I was told a couple minutes later it was in the bag. I checked and I could see the top of the cup so I left. Got home and it was vanilla. My husband ordered the hot ones burger and there was a quarter size of sauce in the middle of the top bun. His burger was basically dry. My bacon burger was cooked too long, part of it was not edible because it was hard as a rock. This was my first time coming here and I don't plan on returning.“

“Quite possibly the best fried chicken I've had. Picked some up for lunch, grabbed the boom boom sauce for the name alone. Turned out to be a game changer for me. Fries weren't anything to write home about, but they rarely are. The only downside about eating this is knowing I can't get it back in Atlanta.“

The new layout of the parking lot is a bit weird, and the employees do their best and are all very polite, but you run the risk of becoming trapped in the drive thru if theres any kind of hold up ahead of you, bc theres no way to exit the lanes after you get into them due to the new parking lot layout.Recommend ordering on the app and picking up in store or getting curbside to avoid the drive thru, esp if you have anxiety or any agoraphobic tendencies related to driving“

“It's McDonald's so don't expect anything more than a McDonald's. It's a quick and easy way to get rid of hunger with a lot of things to pick from the easy to read picture menu and reasonably priced, otherwise, the same thing at home would be 30 to 45 minutes to prepare for myself and eat a similar meal, depending on the meal. The food is not a good thing to eat regularly, but I don't think I could even if I wanted to daily eat McDonald's (aka DIY diabetes), but I'm trying to find a good way to eat healthier and save all the potential money spent and keep it a reasonable price so it's a compromise. It's fastfood🤷in America and it's not going anywhere! Employees are typically busy but they are often nice and it's a stressful job. Poor attitude and overreacting is often seen coming from a customer not workers, from my personal experience with McDonald's, and I have few stories from my own experiences. I have a lot of respect for the employees in the food industry because it's tough work. Overall, I never have had a bad experience with any McDonald's beyond a missed burger or fry, and I have enjoyed this one so I don't think I can ask for more than that. I'm not a fan of the app being pushed or the lobby computer used to place the order by the customer. That's why they hire people and it's redundant at best, not to mention it's a lot more work than necessary, many people aren't able to figure out how to use it, or want to waste 30 minutes learning to use it. Clean place btw, but all the main issues are not the staff's fault. I have to recommend this one if you enjoy McDonald's. The food is ready to eat with the same quality as I want from all the chains, fair prices, and expected times are met when I place my order and leave with it. No worries to use the restroom and worry if it's a horror story. My biggest concern is in 10 years we're going to have ai bots running the whole operation so enjoy it while you can see humans at work instead of robots, oh well, 😆🤷 not today at least? Enjoy!! “We stopped by for breakfast on 8/20/2021. Had the best experience ever. My first time visiting. I am from Bay Minette, AL. and was visiting my sister for a Birthday party. I have been in retail for over 40 years and never seen a cashier like Talisha Black. She was awesome. She was talking orders, filling them, checking them twice to make sure the orders were right. Making sure drive thru was running good and the cook was getting correct items for each order. she was so respectful and had such a bubbly personality. She needs the recognition for what she does. “Disappointed they took the fried chicken bowl off the menu but guess that's not their fault at this location lol as a whole, the new way of cooking the chicken fingers isn't working for us, the old way was the best!!! However the food we got was good and the order was quick and correct!“

Jake and I went Sunday and got that, we called in our order and the employee told us they dont normally mix and match on that deal, but ended up doing it for me. We got the fish sandwhich all the way and the phillybcheestake all the way and boy it was amazing. The fish sandwhich is huuuugee and is so good, and the Philly cheesestake was so good too. It was a little smaller than I thought, but still hot and fresh.
The deal, plus two drinks was less than $15.00! Great pricing!
All in all would recommend this place anyday, anytime!
