Isaac accommodated us quickly, reserving tables for us, and making everything easy and fun for parents and kids. “The food was amazing. The restaurant was sticky. Like everything was sticky. Made me wish we had ordered to go. It was our first time trying Milo’s as we don’t live near one. We get their tea all the time and it was even better at the restaurant. Their sauces were delicious and their hamburgers and chicken sandwiches were perfectly simple.“

“This remodel might be one of the worst ideas. Limited parking for indoor dining, and you have to wait wrapped around the building to park. I miss being able to drive past the line to park. The inside is smaller. Makes no sense. I hope you guys can bring back the lane to park and get rid of the parallel parking on the side. So dumb.“

“My husband and I ate 2 hamburgers and shared a fry. Food was delicious. I love the Milo's sauce. The hamburger buns are always toasted so nice. The fries have the cheese flavor and are so good dipped in Milo's sauce. The workers were so kind and friendly. It had a great atmosphere too. The other customers were happy and just generally nice people.“

“I see the food truck at my job all the time, but never tried it. Today I decided to try it for the first time. It was the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, the flavors were crazy good, and meshed so well together! Can’t wait until the next visit!“

“Of all the Pizza Huts in the Birmingham area, this one on Valleydale road is the BEST. The pizza is always correct, baked just right and the people are friendly. I've never had a negative experience. I have another Pizza Hut closer to me, but I will drive longer for this specific Pizza Hut. It's worth it!

“Picked up some delicious gyros on my way home tonight. they forgot my fries😭 but as soon as I called they handled it swiftly and respectfully. Very impressed. Great customer service and killer gyros.“

“SLOW!….I waited over 20 minutes for a 6 piece combo. The fries were dark brown but if you get cajun ranch on them then they are good. Also the prices are higher than other wing places. The wings are good though. I just don’t like that the ‘medium’ wing sauce is HOT. Next time I will get the ‘Mild’ wing sauce.“

I have been here 3 different times in the past 2 weeks, all at varying times of the day (I just started working on this side of town) and everytime, no matter the crowd, the person who answered the speaker was kind. My bill was $3.07. I gave him $3 and I was digging in my pocketbook for the change I knew I had. I looked up and he was pulling his own personal change from his pocket. He was clearly intending to give me the 7¢ needed. He didn’t have to do that, but kindness is what I felt and I appreciated that. The new layout of the parking lot is a bit weird, and the employees do their best and are all very polite, but you run the risk of becoming trapped in the drive thru if theres any kind of hold up ahead of you, bc theres no way to exit the lanes after you get into them due to the new parking lot layout.Recommend ordering on the app and picking up in store or getting curbside to avoid the drive thru, esp if you have anxiety or any agoraphobic tendencies related to driving“

“Best food on the parkway if you ask me! If they ask you to pull down just know your food with be hot and fresh! I like to get the lemon pepper mild and catfish . Everything is always seasoned. However the soda fountain drink always seems a little flat. Also the lemon pepper mild wings has a little sweetness to it. Everyone is friendly.“

“Ah good old Freddy's, the man himself really built a good establishment and the steakburgers and frozen custard are no joke to be playing around, this location is conveniently placed because of the busy traffic near Highway 280 but hey that's a way, the Freddy's way. ?Service: Nice, calm, and gentle, they will get you what you want if you politely ask and no rush or nothing.Atmosphere: Colorful, red all around, it reminds me of those old school diners back in the day, man Freddy sure knew what the old times looked like, the floor has the checkmate theme to it like a game of chess.Food: Of course, the steakburgers is exclusive here, a jalapeno double burger with the cheese and steak, rich and flavorful. A spicy chicken sandwich that makes you act, look, and maybe even sound like a chicken if you eat it enough. Fries are tiny but they have sauce that goes with them. “I just had the best fast food experience that I've had in months. I decided to dine in and the young gentleman working the counter was not only efficient, but engaging and had a delightful personality. He came out to the dining room after I got my food and individually checked on each guest there. I usually don't get over to this side of town often, but I will definitely be back. I didn't catch his name, but he mentioned that he worked with Krystal's and also another food establishment across the street. This man deserves commendation and a raise. You would be lucky if you had staff that cares as much as he did today. Great job. :)“

“I picked up my take out order. I told the staff I needed the strawberry shake. I was told a couple minutes later it was in the bag. I checked and I could see the top of the cup so I left. Got home and it was vanilla. My husband ordered the hot ones burger and there was a quarter size of sauce in the middle of the top bun. His burger was basically dry. My bacon burger was cooked too long, part of it was not edible because it was hard as a rock. This was my first time coming here and I don't plan on returning.“

“Great customer service by the young man working when we came. The young man took our order asked if we wanted dessert after we finished our meal we said yes. We were handed our cups for drink sat down and was brought our order to table fast. Young man came and asked if we were ready for our dessert and brought it to us. All while the young man was actually waiting for his break but waited til we were taken care of first.“

“I hope this is a one time thing but I was so disappointed in my meal today. I love JJ, and I never thought I’d have anything negative to say but my sandwich left so much to be desired. No lettuce was on it and it was mostly bread with very little avocado. I’ve had the veggie many times before mostly at other locations and it’s never looked like this. Pic attached.“

“Stopped in after midnight and my expectations were totally exceeded. The entire store was immaculate. Dining room was clean, store was stocked with everything we wanted, and the sandwich artist was amazing. She made our sandwiches perfectly. Parking: Depends on the time and activities that would be going on.There are spaces directly in front.

Kid-friendliness: I seen children but I would not bring mine here,especially if I am ordering a lengthy order. That would be too time consuming for a child to be around.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is a flat surface but if you are in a chair, I wouldn't advise you to hang out here.This establishment is chair friendly“

“This has been the best Jack's experience we have had in a long time. My husband said "wish this one was closer to us so I could get my breakfast here on way to work" we ate around 7pm and everything was fresh and delicious! The staff were all very friendly and patient. The store was very clean, easily the cleanest fast food place I have been in here lately! Wish I would have taken a picture.“
