Firehouse Subs Trussville offers a casual dining experience inspired by firehouses, with a large custom mural on the wall. The restaurant serves a variety of sandwiches, including the popular BBQ Cuban and Hook & Ladder. Customers have reported friendly and respectful staff, and the location is kept very clean, with staff making efforts to maintain a spotless environment. The staff also assist with point redemption for free sandwiches and bring meals to the table. The restaurant offers healthier options compared to competitors that have many fried foods but does not have a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. Many customers have praised the quick service, fresh ingredients, and friendly staff, making it a place they are eager to return to.
