“We came in mid-day, around lunch rush, the store was very clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. My order was taken and made immediately, nearly zero wait time. My sandwiches were fresh and prepared exactly the way I ordered it. We will definitely be going back.“

We spent less money here than we would at Taco Bell or McDonald's! If I lived over by it, I would literally eat here every day!!! I got fried catfish, the Cajun ranch fries and a small chicken salad. Good Lord I've NEVER had a salad THAT good before!!! And I'm 54 yo!! It has a ton of stuff in it!!! My husband got the same Cajun fried and a gyro that was amazing as well!!! I completely forgot to take pictures. But trust me, it's worth it! I can't believe they weren't more busy at 5 pm on a Saturday. We were the only ones dining in. “I came through Jack’s drive-thru to pick up breakfast for my employees, and I was truly impressed from start to finish.

Tamara took my order with such a warm, professional tone that I honestly thought she might have been new—you could literally hear the smile in her voice! That positive energy carried through the entire experience.

Destiny assisted me at the window, confirmed my order and confirmed if I needed any condiments and suggested additional items that complimented my purchase. Natalie brought my food out with a smile and greeting as the entire process took less than four minutes. I felt like I had just gone through a NASCAR-speed drive-thru—in the best way possible!

The parking lot and surrounding area were clean and well kept. I bit into my biscuit right there in the drive-thru, and oh my goodness—it was so fresh, soft, and buttery that I had to ask who made it. They told me his name was Willie, and Willie definitely did his thing!

“Been here 3 days in a row. Got hibachi chicken with extra vegetables instead of rice the first night. It was good, just needed a little salt and pepper. I regretted not getting extra yum yum sauce. The next 2 nights I got a 10pc wing combo. The first night was no mods except I ordered 2 flavors and thought the nuclear sauce came on the side and my wings were split sauced 50/50 which was fine until that nuclear sauce hit me lol My man didn’t talk the rest of the night after I gave him one. “I came in to pick up an online order and had issues with the app not pushing my order through. Janice was extremely responsive, respectful and got me in and out without any issue while being extremely nice during the process. They seem a bit short staffed which made the experience better for me because she was quick and not rude in a situation that warrants frustration and can be overwhelming.

Edit: I’m updating because I’ve been back since this review and the service from her is still wonderful. I rarely get a customer service rep/worker that is consistent with their service (life happens and that can be inconsistent with mood) she looked a bit tired today as she was working solo but still maintained professionalism and kindness.
