Today 10-06-2023 went to have breakfast with my wife. After waiting at the counter for several minutes, the cashier finally acknowledged me. I tried to order two breakfast plates and she. Told me we don’t have any grits. We left with no food. Service was bad and food was disappointing!!! Not first time to be disappointed, but first time to complain!!!
Kinda slow, but the food was hot.
I’m very happy with the service at the Gardendale Jack’s! This is my third time driving from the Fultondale area because the service here is so much better. The AI-assisted ordering was exceptional, the staff was friendly, and I was in and out of the drive-thru in about 4 minutes. My food was fresh, and they always seem to have warm cookies available. Definitely worth the extra drive!
