“I typically don't review fast food places but I felt I needed to after visiting DQ in Gardendale today. We dropped in for a sweet treat only to be met with the sweetest manager too. She was very personable and so nice. It almost felt like she went out of her way, and unlike so many people on these type jobs, she appeared to really love her job and her customers.“

She just stood there with a big frown on her face and hand on her hip. Also, why charge $0.40 just to add mayo? I've never been to a McDonald's that charges to remove ketchup, mustard, and add mayo. I just don't think it's fair to charge to substitute a sauce for another. The owners of this location must be very greedy.“

Told me we don’t have any grits. We left with no food. Service was bad and food was disappointing!!! Not first time to be disappointed, but first time to complain!!!“

“The original late night place to grab something to eat at. Not many of these around anymore and well some of the locations that are still around may not actually be open late nowadays. But I still support the lil square bunned burger even when the cost has went from .35 cents each and a combo coming in at around $3.50 from back in the day to now days ur doing good if get a combo for under $10 and if want cheese then another $1 per slice.. But they still hit that spot at times and they always have had the best Cokes and still do of any food place there is..“
