“I had the grilled chicken sandwich which was delightful as always. Their fries are in the top five for taste, quality & value. I was asked to pull away from the window for the first time but it was for an acceptable reason. People don't usually complain in those cases. These guys got right to it, the wait was minimal.“

The order was perfect, the service was friendly and did not let the fact they were out of somethings get to her and I left feeling super positive and questioning my past 7 yrs of BK experience. Mountain Brook has terrible customers service and they "never get the order wrong" ?. Pinson always gets it wrong and just don't care because everyone is a stoned teen. In gardendale the order is right but I feel depressed every time I go; bad juju there. Roebuck is very fast and friendly but order never right, though they willing to fix it but, I feel for those kids.“
“The staff are not polite at all. Every time I go I tell myself, never again but it's the closest thing to my house. The Jack's in Hueytown is so much better. I get breakfast at the Hueytown location almost every day.Update::: This review was meant for the Pleasant Grove location. The Hueytown Jack's is where I get breakfast every morning and I have no complaints with this location. They have been great!“
“There seems to be a good bit of confusion with the staff. They are friendly, and again this area is a very small part of town, that gets hit hard with rushes. For a small town, the main road, which this store is on, handles a very large volume of traffic during the rush hours.“
“Went to eat at Johnny Bruscoes next door and they were closed for whatever reason and decided to give this place a try. Great food! My wife had a burger while I got the grilled cheese and chili. Not sure why I was told that I wasn't able to add just another grilled cheese to the order without getting some sort of another combo, but whatever. We will definitely be coming back.“
