This store has definitely improved y'all go see them! Clean, friendly, welcoming, and fresh chicken always! Keep up the great work Jack's!
After repeating my order AT LEAST 10 times to the drive-thru cashier, it was still totally incorrect.
Then, when they finally SUPPOSEDLY got the order correct, the food was absolutely terrible.
Lastly, when we got away from the restaurant and took a drink of the large SWEET tea we had ordered , it was UNSWEET.
There is no reason for ANYONE to be this horrifically incompetent.
