If you are on your lunch break I suggest you not even waste your time going to Hardee’s in Hueytown!
The customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
My father and I waited 45 minutes for chicken fingers only to be hollered at when we asked how much longer on our order.
We asked about an approximate time and was repeatedly told “she was not the one to be played with”.
I then asked could I just have a refund and was told no the manager isn’t here 🙄 .

Based on the reviews, Hardee’s has a very well mannered and fast crew. The food is excellent, hot, and correct. The store is clean. The general manager is awesome, kind, sweet, and has the sweetest personality. They provide great customer service and go over an beyond. The staff communicates well with each other. The food comes out hot and ready. Customers will be going back to that location.
