Cenisha, I know I didn't spell her name correctly, but she has a beautiful smile and knows what she's doing. She was working the front counter and expo. No matter how long it took, she was ON IT, working hard, paying attention to every detail of every order. Just watching her work, was worth visiting Zaxby's. It should not take 45 minutes to get your food at a fast food restaurant. Works are sitting around on their phones. One person cooking and no one is manning the window. I watched cars sit in line at the drive through for 30 minutes.

I love Zaxby's.Lived in Alabama off and on since 1976.Never tried Competitor's nor Zaxby's until last year.People working are busy and yet kind, patient, professional and cute!!I'll miss yall in ChicagoCome try Harold's Chicken ?Thank you for so very kindly helping me feed my belly.
