“30 mins spent in the drive thru on multiple occasions is just ridiculous!!! This place is so slow!! I sat at the ordering speaker for 5 mins constantly saying hello before someone came on. Then spent another 20-25 mins waiting for a medium concrete.“

“First time visiting Jack's. Where has this place been all my life? The gravy biscuits were phenomenal, fluffy biscuits with plenty of gravy. The steak biscuits were a think of beauty, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Maybe it was because I was really hungry. Maybe it was the wake and bake, or maybe, just maybe, it was just that good. I will be doing more research on this chain and will let you know.“

“This location used to be ok at best. They were always slow, rude and got your order wrong. So i didnt eat here for a while, at lesst a year or two. But this year I decided to give them a try again. I have to say they have been great. The staff is super nice even when they are busy. My food is fresh and hot evrrytime I've gone. I order on the app and they have I have very rarely had to wait at all for my food.“

“We have always enjoyed Baha Burger. Due to medical issues, it’s been some time since we last ate there. The owner was always so courteous to us and eager for us try new things. He introduced me to the delicious remoulade that is a must for all things I order. However, our most recent experience made us feel differently. I know people have off days. We are all entitled to them….BUT…while we were eating, we overheard the owner yelling at the cook (he was standing directly behind us) about how many tater tots he put on my sons plate. He said it was too much for a child portion and went on and on about it. There were nine tater tots on his plate and he ate them all. My son overheard him yelling at the cook and asked me if he should give some of them back. That hurt my heart that my five year old felt guilty eating a meal that was set in front of him. I’m sure we will still give them our business because the food is amazing. I just hope the owner understands that sometimes things should be handled differently. Nine tater tots was not a true reason to have gotten so upset. Now if it had been ten….😜“

“We came to birmingham to children's south for a doctors visit and was looking for a place to eat . We pulled up our map to see food locations and found baha burgers . Hands down the best burger we have ever had . I had the baha burger and my wife had the baby burger both with onion rings . Please bring a baha to auburn AL , we definitely need a burger place like this and also best service also . Thank you for serving great burgers“

“The burgers and fries are always fresh and deliciously crafted. I order online and pick up for my husband's (and my) dinner an average of once a week. My husband never gets tired of it and would rather have a burger from Craft Burger than from any other restaurant in town!“

“Bar food and some plated entrees . Kinda an industrial space. Frequently uncomfortably cold in winter for some reason.
Recently I went in waiting a cheeseburger. They have about a half dozen on the menu, but a regulation normal burger is ordered specially.
Burger was fine but not as tasty as Mudtown, which I thought was odd since the two restaurants are related.
I've never had a bad dish here. It's a neighborhood fundrinkery, and about the best option in Rocky Ridge area.“

“Peyton was so helpful and hospitable. I have come here many time in the last year or so and dealt with people who do not care to provide good service. Peyton seems to be the only person who cares about the customer. I have always loved this place because of the great food, but the service has never been great. Once Peyton took care of my order, i was treated better than i ever have been! THIS IS THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS EXPECTED. I will continue to be a patron of this establishment only because of Peyton’s customer service. She made my whole experience different than i Have ever had!“
