30 mins spent in the drive thru on multiple occasions is just ridiculous!!! This place is so slow!! I sat at the ordering speaker for 5 mins constantly saying hello before someone came on. Then spent another 20-25 mins waiting for a medium concrete.
The French onion burger and cheese curds make for an amazing meal.
Our first time here and my kids definitely enjoyed it. Glad it’s so close!

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a friendly restaurant with helpful staff who provide good customer service. The food is satisfying, with tasty burgers and crispy fries. The custard is also a highlight. The restaurant offers fast service and relatively inexpensive fast food. Customers can enjoy well-made smash burgers, and the regular menu items are always good when the monthly specials are not to their liking. The very thin shoestring fries are a delight, and the special french fry sauce is great for dipping. Some guests prefer the onion rings over the shoestring fries, and the milkshakes are popular, though service at the drive-thru can sometimes be slow, especially when orders are placed at the window. The Oreo peppermint shake may not be the best choice if you want to taste Oreo, as it tends to be overwhelmed by peppermint. Online orders can be picked up in-store, which may be a small inconvenience. Overall, with fresh and hot food, this location is definitely worth a visit.
