He later called my wife and confirmed that he saw my daughter leave with it on the video and we later found it fell off in the car. Great ice cream and even better service!! We asked the employees (who were on personal phone calls the entire time we were checked out) if there were more brownies because I was really looking forward to them. We checked out in 2 separate orders so our kids could start eating while we made our desserts. No receipts were offered for either transaction. I went to the bathroom before leaving, and the bathroom was out of paper towels.“
