Definitely earned a return trip.“

“Food was quite delicious. Chocolate was fresh and tasty. the meal was surprisingly heavy especially for ice cream. I would have liked the chocolate chips to be consistently spread throughout the two scoops. one crevice was filled with chocolate chip and the rest was less saturated with toppings.
The atmosphere was great. the colors were vibrant and the walls were blasted with color I highly recommend it.“

Update: the new team lead is lacking in customer service skills. I sometimes avoid this Brewsters for that reason. I left my number for the manager to call me. He called me with a no caller ID phone number so I didn’t answer. He left a very kind message, but when I called the number that he gave me, I just got an answering machine. They’ve made improvements to this store really good ones!! They are more generous here withtheir ice cream than in Vestavia!“

There was no line in the drive-thru, so I zipped right through. The price was reasonable for a small shake that was very good quality. I did have to wait for the ice cream to slightly melt to get it through the straw. I should have asked for a spoon that might of helped. The workers were kind and helpful. I will go back for sure.“

“Very disappointed in our visit tonight. The triple chocolate yogurt was out, 4 of the toppings in the wet bar were out, and the marshmallow topping out. We asked the employees (who were on personal phone calls the entire time we were checked out) if there were more brownies because I was really looking forward to them. We checked out in 2 separate orders so our kids could start eating while we made our desserts. No receipts were offered for either transaction. I went to the bathroom before leaving, and the bathroom was out of paper towels.“
