“Great Customer Service! They are often understaffed but they are always quick to say hello and make sure you know they are there to help. You might find a dirty table now and again when a rush comes through but this place is very clean!! I can't even imagine what prompted the bad customer service unless someone was eating their yogurt before it was weighed but even then they will remind that signs are posted and it's just not allowed. This is because there is no flat fee for the yogurt and toppings... its weighed. People who eat their yogurt before it's paid for are literally stealing. 🤔 I drive from Birmingham because of the Customer Service and they have the best Acia Bowls around! yummmm“

“30 mins spent in the drive thru on multiple occasions is just ridiculous!!! This place is so slow!! I sat at the ordering speaker for 5 mins constantly saying hello before someone came on. Then spent another 20-25 mins waiting for a medium concrete.“

Wow! Such a fun and nostalgic place to be with an incredible variety of ice cream, shaved ice, and more. I was surprised to learn that they even have something for everyone. Not only do they have vegan and sugar-free flavors, but to my surprise they even offer a number of gluten free flavors as well. We enjoyed a pleasant atmosphere that offers endless possibilities. Can’t wait to go back.“

Updated 02/12/2026 - Went through the drive-thru twice recently and so enjoy the kind staff at this restaurant.
One visit was simply for the Royal New York Cheesecake with Strawberries Blizzard. The entire family LOVED this dessert. It is hands-down the best fast-food dessert out there. It tastes just like strawberry cheesecake with large chunks of strawberries, cheesecake, and graham cracker crumbles.
The second visit was for meals and the aforementioned Blizzard. Our sandwiches were perfect - moist and fresh with a good amount of toppings, and their fries are always crunchy outside, soft inside, and hot!“

“Very disappointed in our visit tonight. The triple chocolate yogurt was out, 4 of the toppings in the wet bar were out, and the marshmallow topping out. We asked the employees (who were on personal phone calls the entire time we were checked out) if there were more brownies because I was really looking forward to them. We checked out in 2 separate orders so our kids could start eating while we made our desserts. No receipts were offered for either transaction. I went to the bathroom before leaving, and the bathroom was out of paper towels.“

“We live close so we’ve been in several times, and every time the staff is great, but last night they were amazing. The food was made fresh after our order, and the drive through girl was so nice. My kids asked me to leave a review as we were driving off because they thought she was so nice. I wish I could remember her name so I could post it, but if her boss is reading, she’s a great employee!! (I don’t know her personally, she was just very nice to my kids lol)“

“This is the best Dairy Queen. I eat here more than I'd like to admit, it's convenient! They have never once gotten my order incorrect. The food is always hot and fresh. It's honestly impressive for a quick service restaurant.
Now they can be a little slow, but that's to be expected when the food is ALWAYS hot and correct! The staff isn't the friendliest but they work hard so I can't complain but I know some people may be concerned about that.“

“I got the pumpkin pie blizzard & fall is my favorite season. I ♥️ pumpkin spice!! It was very yummy. My husband got the caramel toffee blizzard. He liked it. We stopped at Alabaster DQ on our way out of state for our vacation. We decided to stop again on our way back from vacation going home. It is a big DQ with plenty of seating & an outdoor area to eat. Very nice.“
