We checked out in 2 separate orders so our kids could start eating while we made our desserts. No receipts were offered for either transaction. I went to the bathroom before leaving, and the bathroom was out of paper towels.“

“I visited Neighbor’s today with three kids that I babysit after a trip to the park across the street. We had visited a few times before, so I recognized the man working behind the counter. He greeted us kindly and got the kids their ice creams. When it came time to pay, I went to tap and my card declined. This is where Neighbors stands out. The young man behind the counter said it was okay, and to just repay them when I returned. I definitely should have planned better and brought cash, but the kindness that he demonstrated is what makes Neighbors stay true to their name. “I was craving some good chicken tenders and coleslaw. I remembered seeing this place and wanted to try it out. 10/10 in my opinion. The chicken tenders are so tasty and the sauces are all great. We tried bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. We also had the fries which were amazing! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and to try some of the custard. The price for 7 tenders, regular fry, coleslaw and 2 extra sauces came out to a little over 20 bucks.“

“Great Customer Service! They are often understaffed but they are always quick to say hello and make sure you know they are there to help. You might find a dirty table now and again when a rush comes through but this place is very clean!! I can't even imagine what prompted the bad customer service unless someone was eating their yogurt before it was weighed but even then they will remind that signs are posted and it's just not allowed. This is because there is no flat fee for the yogurt and toppings... its weighed. People who eat their yogurt before it's paid for are literally stealing. 🤔 I drive from Birmingham because of the Customer Service and they have the best Acia Bowls around! yummmm“

“I cannot say enough good things about Aaron at Crumbl Cookie. Tonight was my nephew’s 10th birthday, and he is absolutely obsessed with Crumbl. Unfortunately, because of work, I wasn’t able to get there until about 10 minutes after closing.

I called the store just hoping for a miracle, and Aaron answered. Instead of turning me away, he asked what I wanted, took my order over the phone, and told me to come see him when I arrived. When I got there, he greeted me with the warmest smile, handed me my box of cookies, and took care of everything.

He truly didn’t have to do that — but he went out of his way, went the extra mile, and showed genuine kindness just because he knew it would make my night. And it did. More importantly, it’s going to make my 10-year-old nephew’s night too.

Acts of kindness like this mean the world to people, and I will forever appreciate Aaron for it. Please go see Aaron at Crumbl — he is an awesome guy and a perfect example of what incredible customer service looks like.
