“Great ice cream and great customer service. Logan waited on us and when we shared one of our kids cannot have peanuts he went the extra step to make sure no cross contamination occurred.“

“Amazing banana spilts and milkshakes! I love that you can customize with any flavor of your choice! Prices are reasonable as well! Great service!“

“Delicious food. Friendly environment.“

“It’s very delicious 😋 great staff Very nice prices and variety“

“Very disappointed in our visit tonight. The triple chocolate yogurt was out, 4 of the toppings in the wet bar were out, and the marshmallow topping out. We asked the employees (who were on personal phone calls the entire time we were checked out) if there were more brownies because I was really looking forward to them. We checked out in 2 separate orders so our kids could start eating while we made our desserts. No receipts were offered for either transaction. I went to the bathroom before leaving, and the bathroom was out of paper towels.“

“Food was amazing, but we were in a hurry and forgot to check our bag. one of our meals got left out and that was what I was craving the day i got out of my knee surgery🥺 My dad was kind enough to split with me but we were disappointed🥺“

“Great customer service, and the ice cream is fantastic. I definitely would recommend!“

“Great place to do Pilates 💛“

“All the ice cream flavors are awesome!!! The location is in a great spot downtown and the customer service is A+. I definitely recommend!“

“We have visited Sunshine Creamery twice this summer and both times it was PACKED! Each worker behind the counter was so kind and patient with everyone. They were efficient even with the large crowds. The inside is clean and perfect for families. We love having this little treat spot in our neighborhood!“

“We got 4 different flavors and they were all extremely creamy and delicious! Definitely going back soon to try some of the ice cream bars, drinks, and other snacks. Super friendly owners, too. This will absolutely be our new favorite go-to spot for ice cream in Pelham.“

“I was craving some good chicken tenders and coleslaw. I remembered seeing this place and wanted to try it out. 10/10 in my opinion. The chicken tenders are so tasty and the sauces are all great. We tried bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. We also had the fries which were amazing! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and to try some of the custard. The price for 7 tenders, regular fry, coleslaw and 2 extra sauces came out to a little over 20 bucks.“

“Cuando vengo a Pelham, me es imposible evitar venir y degustar alguna de las delicias que aquí consigues. ¡siempre vuelvo!“

“Great customer service, and the ice cream is fantastic. I definitely would recommend!“

“We loved our shaved ice! The root beer flavor with cream was the biggest hit- so good!“

“This ice cream shop is a such a gem in Cahaba heights!! Their cookies and ice cream are both amazing! They make a great cookies and cream and they have fun seasonal flavors too (lucky charms/st patty themed). Staff provides stellar service every time too. Don’t miss this spot if you are in the area!“

“The staff is always super nice!! The Gooey Butter cake is the best ice cream I've ever had!!“

“we just had so much fun getting ice cream cones! our scooper Chris was charming and handled our group with a smile! delish!“

“I love this place! They have so many flavors to choose from!“

“We were headed to our usual TCBY after my oral surgery, but they were closed. Edgewood Creamery was the only shop open at 11 am.
I am so glad! The chocolate soft serve was delicious. So many shops no longer have it, but I am so glad they did. Such a great flavor and not too sweet. My husband had Chocolate Raspberry and Kahlua Almond Fudge! Perfect! There are a variety of flavors as well. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The shop and bathrooms are very clean. Plenty of seating! Located in a lovely area with shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.“

“Great tiny local bakery with some absolutely killer pastries when you're craving a little something sweet. We've had the croissants, pecan sticky buns, and fruit danishes - and all have been great. Every time we go we've tried something different and nothing is ever short of quality. Very small interior, basically just room for a few people to stand and the counter - but we don't really care about sitting inside, just be aware if that's your plan - there's no seating. Ladies behind the counter are always patient and kind.“

“I just have to take a moment to brag on K&J’s Elegant Pastries because they made my baby girl’s 4th birthday so incredibly special. When I say this cake brought tears to my eyes, I mean it. The soft pink Paw Patrol theme, sweet little Skye on top, the custom “4,” the beautiful bow, the tiny details — it was everything my daughter dreamed of and more. Seeing her face light up when she saw it is a moment I’ll never forget. 🩷 It wasn’t just a cake… it was the centerpiece of her day. It made her feel celebrated, loved, and so big turning FOUR. 🥹 Not only was it stunning, but it tasted just as amazing as it looked. The cake was moist, flavorful, and a huge hit with both kids and adults. We received so many compliments and everyone kept asking where we ordered it from. Thank you, K&J’s Elegant Pastries, for putting so much care and talent into making her day unforgettable. You didn’t just make a cake — you helped create a core memory for our family. Forever grateful 💕✨ #PawPatrolParty #4thBirthday #GratefulMama #SupportSmallBusiness“

“The staff is always super nice!! The Gooey Butter cake is the best ice cream I've ever had!!“

“I took my granddaughter into Crumbl for the free thin cookie offered, along with putting in a 6 CT order. I had to ask how to get the free thin cookie. The employee wasn't very nice & said it had to be on the app. I spent several minutes & couldn't find out how. She also tried on my phone, then got the manager who was training someone @ the time. It wasn't on the app, but their screen. The 2 had words between themselves in front of us. I just didn't feel very welcome & spent about $25 on 6 cookies, which is kinda ridiculous.“

“Visited my favorite ice cream shop today. If you need a little pick-me-up or a dose of pure joy, I highly recommend visiting Unless U Scoops any weekday between 1:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. And the ice cream is pretty awesome also!“

“A nice welcome addition to the ice cream scene around Birmingham! We went here on a Sunday night for a treat after dinner. The menu is great, ingredients are high quality. The soft serve comes in a cup, or two cone sizes (low top or high top). We opened for a high top cone and a sundae in a cup. Pricing is about what you would expect for a trendier ice cream place, ~$8-10 pp. They have a rotating flavor / feature sundae which I think is creative. There’s definitely something on the menu for everyone, from plain cones to BYO concoctions.

I am giving 4 stars only because of the building layout- it is deceptively small on the inside, so plan on taking your ice cream to go and eating it outside. The door also opens awkwardly from the inside, which created a jam with the people waiting inside and those standing in line outside.“

“If you’ve got a sweet tooth, this is the place to be! The milkshakes, cotton candy, and cinnamon rolls are all absolutely delicious—you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Everything hits the spot! On top of that, the staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making every visit even better. Highly recommend!“

“I had such a great experience at Crumbl! The cookies were fresh, soft, and tasted amazing. The staff was super friendly and the service was quick. I also love how they have different flavors to choose from every week. Definitely one of my favorite places to get a sweet treat, and I’ll definitely be coming back! 🍪💕“

“We recently hosted my daughter’s birthday party at Neighbors. We cannot stop raving about our experience! It was hands down the easiest birthday party we have ever experienced. The staff at Neighbors took care of everything! The shop was decorated with balloons, party favors made, and the tables were set with paper and crayons. They played a slide show of my child and got to pick out the playlist. We walked into a fully set up party and a happy and accommodating staff! The kids and parents raved about the experience. They were SO accommodating when it came to unexpected siblings tagging along by letting us have the options of additional party favors and having a tab open for extra ice cream. After the party, the staff took care of all the clean up leaving us feeling like we just got the red carpet treatment. If you have a party coming up I strongly encourage you to check out their events page on their website. I will be recommending them to everyone. We have hosted so many kids parties. This was by far our favorite (and easiest) one!“

“Visited Cookie Fix for the first time today! Excellent experience and the cookies are superb!“

“An Absolutely Amazingly, Freshly prepared, Gelato or Sorbet Popsicle, on a Stick.....dipped in chocolate and toppings for a unique experience....You MUST try the multitude of FRESH flavors...Enjoy!“

“De vez en cuando, hace falta darse un gustito y por eso voy a la Nueva Michoacana. Me encantan las aguas que preparan ahí. Ven y compruébalo.“

“Where can I find grape sugar free Popsicles around 77503 area. Those were the best when I was in the hospital and I can't seem to find them anywhere. Ty!“

“Baskin Robbins has been outstanding on each visit, and trust me, there have been many visits since their opening. The service is always great. The staff are friendly. Of course, their treats are super delicious. Download the app for coupons. They have coupons in store now too. Don't miss this! Personal faves include the Workd Class Chocolate, Chocolate and Peanut Butter, Pralines & Cream, Rainbow Sherbet, Strawberry, Twix Caramel Crunch.“

“Cookies are amazing!! The best I’ve ever eaten. The lady working there is amazing!!“

“Stopped by this location for a quick snack during shopping . cookies were amazing , fresh and staff was friendly ..don’t have picture because I ate them too fast..
Crisp edges soft center . I purchased healthy peanut butter cookie , chocolate chip and the magic city cookie .. priced between 2.75 -3.50“

“Breakfast was great and prices nice .“

“Rude, and slow. Wait times are too long, and employees serve you based on how loud and frequently you complain instead of how long you've been there. Also helps if you're POC. They're the only ones who seemed to have gotten out in less than 20 minutes consistently.“

“Absolutely delicious 😋 Sorbet and Italian Ice! Coconut Cream was my Favorite! The staff was friendly and welcoming! Traveled from NC to visit family and will make this a regular stop for all future visits to Birmingham Area!“

“Ate here for the first time today. It was very fresh and delicious! Restaurant was very clean also. We will be back to try the delicious custard.“

“10:55 PM

Wow! Such a fun and nostalgic place to be with an incredible variety of ice cream, shaved ice, and more. I was surprised to learn that they even have something for everyone. Not only do they have vegan and sugar-free flavors, but to my surprise they even offer a number of gluten free flavors as well. We enjoyed a pleasant atmosphere that offers endless possibilities. Can’t wait to go back.“

“I love this place! They have so many flavors to choose from!“

“Great Customer Service! They are often understaffed but they are always quick to say hello and make sure you know they are there to help. You might find a dirty table now and again when a rush comes through but this place is very clean!! I can't even imagine what prompted the bad customer service unless someone was eating their yogurt before it was weighed but even then they will remind that signs are posted and it's just not allowed. This is because there is no flat fee for the yogurt and toppings... its weighed. People who eat their yogurt before it's paid for are literally stealing. 🤔 I drive from Birmingham because of the Customer Service and they have the best Acia Bowls around! yummmm“

“Great food and a great atmosphere along with speedy service-what more does anyone need??“

“A hidden gem without a doubt!“

“Atmosphere was good, service was quick. Decent burger but nothing extraordinary.“

“Me and my daughter stopped at Pizitz Food Hall as last minute decision. I had the 2 pc catfish, hush puppies and a side of red beans and rice (RBR) with a bottle of water came to $24.20, not including tip. I asked for my catfish to be fried hard. Being Louisiana raised, this was the BEST seasoned, fried to perfection catfish. I refused to give my daughter a corner. 🤗 The hush puppies have kernels of corn which was an added bonus. I will admit I was underwhelmed with the RBR as they were quite bland and little hard than I like. But the other items made up and caused me to be satisfied enough to return.

The young men running it that day were all pleasant and personable.“
