“Very disappointed in our visit tonight. The triple chocolate yogurt was out, 4 of the toppings in the wet bar were out, and the marshmallow topping out. We asked the employees (who were on personal phone calls the entire time we were checked out) if there were more brownies because I was really looking forward to them. We checked out in 2 separate orders so our kids could start eating while we made our desserts. No receipts were offered for either transaction. I went to the bathroom before leaving, and the bathroom was out of paper towels.“

“We live close so we’ve been in several times, and every time the staff is great, but last night they were amazing. The food was made fresh after our order, and the drive through girl was so nice. My kids asked me to leave a review as we were driving off because they thought she was so nice. I wish I could remember her name so I could post it, but if her boss is reading, she’s a great employee!! (I don’t know her personally, she was just very nice to my kids lol)“

“I was craving some good chicken tenders and coleslaw. I remembered seeing this place and wanted to try it out. 10/10 in my opinion. The chicken tenders are so tasty and the sauces are all great. We tried bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. We also had the fries which were amazing! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and to try some of the custard. The price for 7 tenders, regular fry, coleslaw and 2 extra sauces came out to a little over 20 bucks.“

Some of their options are desserts disguised as cookies. Like the Dubai cheesecake and heathbar tres leches. .both incredible btw. We got a bunch of different flavors and shared. And for that, I tried various cookies and the pink sugar cookie, the ultimate peanut butter cookie, and the brownies Sunday cookie. Cookie we're all enough to make me a cookie person. I’m not sure what type of cream was under the apples, but I loved it. Hello Bakery is a must visit if you’re in Birmingham. Also, the shop owner (I’m assuming) was very kind. “I visited Neighbor’s today with three kids that I babysit after a trip to the park across the street. We had visited a few times before, so I recognized the man working behind the counter. He greeted us kindly and got the kids their ice creams. When it came time to pay, I went to tap and my card declined. This is where Neighbors stands out. The young man behind the counter said it was okay, and to just repay them when I returned. I definitely should have planned better and brought cash, but the kindness that he demonstrated is what makes Neighbors stay true to their name. (I did return and pay not even 20 minutes later with some cash I had in my car)“

“We were headed to our usual TCBY after my oral surgery, but they were closed. Edgewood Creamery was the only shop open at 11 am.
I am so glad! The chocolate soft serve was delicious. So many shops no longer have it, but I am so glad they did. Such a great flavor and not too sweet. My husband had Chocolate Raspberry and Kahlua Almond Fudge! Perfect! There are a variety of flavors as well. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The shop and bathrooms are very clean. Plenty of seating! Located in a lovely area with shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.“

Wow! Such a fun and nostalgic place to be with an incredible variety of ice cream, shaved ice, and more. I was surprised to learn that they even have something for everyone. Not only do they have vegan and sugar-free flavors, but to my surprise they even offer a number of gluten free flavors as well. We enjoyed a pleasant atmosphere that offers endless possibilities. Can’t wait to go back.“

“Great Customer Service! They are often understaffed but they are always quick to say hello and make sure you know they are there to help. You might find a dirty table now and again when a rush comes through but this place is very clean!! I can't even imagine what prompted the bad customer service unless someone was eating their yogurt before it was weighed but even then they will remind that signs are posted and it's just not allowed. This is because there is no flat fee for the yogurt and toppings... its weighed. People who eat their yogurt before it's paid for are literally stealing. 🤔 I drive from Birmingham because of the Customer Service and they have the best Acia Bowls around! yummmm“

“Me and my daughter stopped at Pizitz Food Hall as last minute decision. I had the 2 pc catfish, hush puppies and a side of red beans and rice (RBR) with a bottle of water came to $24.20, not including tip. I asked for my catfish to be fried hard. Being Louisiana raised, this was the BEST seasoned, fried to perfection catfish. I refused to give my daughter a corner. 🤗 The hush puppies have kernels of corn which was an added bonus. I will admit I was underwhelmed with the RBR as they were quite bland and little hard than I like. But the other items made up and caused me to be satisfied enough to return.
