“We had Frios come to my work for an employee appreciation event. The group of us coordinating the event have nothing but great things to say about this truck! They were timely, efficient, fun-spirited, and pretty affordable too (especially in comparison to other frozen dessert options in the area). Everyone at the office loved the fun flavors and thought the pops tasted great. If you're looking for a frozen treat vendor for an event, I'd recommend trying Frios out!“

“Very disappointed in our visit tonight. The triple chocolate yogurt was out, 4 of the toppings in the wet bar were out, and the marshmallow topping out. We asked the employees (who were on personal phone calls the entire time we were checked out) if there were more brownies because I was really looking forward to them. We checked out in 2 separate orders so our kids could start eating while we made our desserts. No receipts were offered for either transaction. I went to the bathroom before leaving, and the bathroom was out of paper towels.“

“We came by a few times until we found it open. SO GLAD IT WAS! There's a nice seating area in the back to enjoy your sweet treats and enjoy the small town charm of Calera. I personally did not know this place was here until the past month and it's been open for two years!!! It's tucked into the other buildings and easily can miss it. BUT YOU DONT WANT TO MISS IT. Great customer service and we will for sure be back.“

“This establishment is always very clean, even the restrooms. The staff, although at times seem to be shorthanded I feel are very friendly and genuinely care about their guest's experience. I have ordered everything from cheeseburgers to chicken wings but I always get a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge or with caramel size medium and it is always perfection. There are very busy store but yet everything seems to run flawlessly. I definitely recommend best Dairy Queen on Chalkville Mountain Road“

I am updating my review today because I wanted to do the online survey but for some reason it has not been working. My kids absolutely love to go to DQ for their ice cream fix. It seems that every time we go we are greeted by Ms. Christine. She always has a smile on her face. It may not be the world largest smile but you can tell that she loves what she does. She always gets my order correct and fix it with love. Ms. Christine we thank you for always being the same on each of our visits. We as a people have to realize that everyone show their feelings and emotions in many different ways and just because you think that all the pearly whites need to show in order for you to call someone nice than you have truly missed out on meeting some really cool people that have the heart of gold. DQ Pelham, I have no complaints only compliments.“

“I very tried Freddy's before but today was fantastic! I went random and asked the cashier what she would eat. Ms. Emirates informed me on the number 2 which is exactly what I got with lettuce wrap instead of buns.... My God it was good. Then I paired it with a mixed shake with butterfingers pieces. The shake tech got it wrong but paired it with Reeses pieces which was even better!!! Well done Freddy's team!!“

“30 mins spent in the drive thru on multiple occasions is just ridiculous!!! This place is so slow!! I sat at the ordering speaker for 5 mins constantly saying hello before someone came on. Then spent another 20-25 mins waiting for a medium concrete.“
