“First of all, this is a really cool place. I really love the vibe. Lots of cool merch, and then really good food too. The food was great, everyone was working hard to get you your food, and the atmosphere is really good too. Friendly. It is loud, but not in a bad way. The area is actually really nice and there's a nice parking lot right across from the restaurant. Downside: they are kinda slow. This looks like it should be fast food, but it's not. I came right after they opened, and there was maybe 5-6 people in front of me, and it took a good 20 minutes for them to take my order. About 10 to get the order. I don't know if that was bc they just opened up maybe? Wasn't a big deal. Other thing is: this isn't cheap. Most of the burgers and sandwiches are $15 or more. (There's a couple of items that are cheaper, but they aren't what I went for - I went for their burger). Comes with fries, but does not come with a drink. Drinks are all $4.99 and up. So, for a burger, fries, and some sort of fancy lemonade, it was right at $26. Pretty high. I really liked it though. I'll probably go again, and just get the sandwich and fries - because you can't find vegan stuff almost anywhere in Bham, and this is good stuff as long as you're not broke or in a big hurry.“

And I gave them a 4 for atmosphere because there were only 5 customers including us there at 230p so I couldn't really tell how it would normally be when it was busy... Well, there is not much room around store for parking and NO BiG vehicle will fit in the parking lot next to location downtown. The parking shared by everyone around location only has about 30 spots and then there are another 20 spots on street, some free and some with meter. There are 7-10 food choices in block for dining so it can be tiredsome to find parking but going during off peak times would help..“

They were out of the dessert but they offered to make half a pan for us and said they will have it ready the next day at their next location at Shelby Baptist. I went by to pick it up and not only did they have it ready but they brought it out to me at my car. They are such nice people and I’m very happy at the customer service they display. “I went to Heroes for brunch on Sunday and it was great! I ordered the loaded hashbrowns with the chicken sausage, a chocolate doughnut, and an iced vanilla latte. It was a bit on the expensive side, but I really enjoyed the food and the coffee! I definitely think the hashbrowns were with the price because of how filling it was, and the doughnut was a nice added treat. The workers here are always super kind (though I wish they'd fix their BlazerBucks machine since it's always out of service) and the dining area is nice and atmospheric. It's in a very pretty spot by Railroad Park, so the view is pretty as well! As for COVID-19 precautions and sustainability, I saw how frequently the workers cleaned the inside and it seems to be well-maintained. Masking or social distancing procedures don't seem to be in place from what I can tell. If you dine-in, there seems to be very little waste, though I would assume plastic containers and utensils are used for take-out. Overall, I had a really great experience and I think this location is like a hidden gem!“

“This place was amazing! One of the best burgers i have ever had!! The owner/chef and Angel were so so so nice. I can’t thank them enough. We were driving through from STL to FL and stopped in for a quick lunch with some family. I am so glad we did. We have a 1 year old and 3 year old. The 3 year old didn’t like the sauce on the burger (moms fault) so they got us a new bun and then we asked for some hot water to make a bottle and the owner went above and beyond and boiled water for us so it would stay hot for the rest of our car ride! I placed my order at the counter and they call out your order when it's ready. This could cause some confusion. What if multiple people ordered the same thing?!
