This is easily in the top 5 coffee shops I’ve ever visited. Tim is a barista’s barista, pleasant to talk to, knows his craft and ready to share his excitement about coffee. The espresso was delicious, smooth, fragrant, sweet, not overly acidic or bitter. The other drinks celebrate the coffee without distracting from it, something I don’t see nearly as often as I’d like.

The shop itself is a welcoming space, lots of natural light, comfortable environment. Great vibe all the way around.

Prices are absolutely fair considering the quality of service and product I received. I’m absolutely coming back ASAP.“

“We had a nice lunch on the patio and enjoyed our coffees and sandwiches. The cortado was not sweet, ymmv, and the cold brew was good, not weak nor very acrid. We enjoyed a Japanese egg salad sando, a schmancy BLT, and this avocado toast with a medium-fried egg that was fantastic. The service was great and they also offer pastries from the nearby Last Call Bakery that looked delicious. It was a little pricey, thus the 4-star. Despite this, we already have plans to return.“

“Lively! I am not from Birmingham but I am a coffee lover. From Orlando but, I wanted to see something new for a change from the normal city life. Noticed there were allot of coffee shops here than in any city I’ve been to which made it hard to decide on which one I liked to visit more but something about the atmosphere caught my attention. It was quite which made it easier to work. The environment even though it was quiet it felt inviting. The glass made allot of natural light come in and I loved being able to enjoy a good view while working. I definitely would come again even if it’s to relax. Unfortunate I’m not from here. “Colette was a very good server. Food was above average. Bloody Mary wasn't worth the $10.00. However, we get our bill and we are being charged $2.00, a piece, for a biscuit..... WTH??? The menu never mentioned an additional charge for a biscuit, toast, or etc... I even told the brunette waitress that looked like a manager but she was probably the dishwasher. “I had the chipotle tex-mex bowl with brown rice and chicken. It was probably the best bowl I had in a long time, all the ingredients went together really well and the sauce was, wow. Service was good and the food was ready in under 5 min. Will definitely come back.“

“I absolutely love this place! literally, this place is absolutely phenomenal. there's two separate bartenders that are there on any given morning... both these girls are absolutely fantastic. both of them are really really pretty and they've got amazing attitudes, they've always got a smile on their face and what's amazing is, you can walk in on a Monday morning like this morning, knowing it's Monday and it's overcast and those two girls were laughing and cutting up and smiling and it just put you in a really really really amazing mood to start your day. I'm of the belief that if we can be around people that can brighten our day, then we definitely should. these girls start my morning off on a positive foot. I don't feel like a customer, honestly I try to bring them either energy drinks or donuts and then eat the world's greatest biscuits and gravy, that gravy is absolutely amazing, and there's always a smile on their face, it's always an amazing time and I look forward to each time I come which is about 3 or 4 days a week. the stores always really clean, and it smells amazing. the restrooms are always in great condition, sitting at the bars amazing, there's never food left around or sitting around, they're quick to clean up the tables, these girls really run the show, and everybody else in the background does an amazing job too. really thankful for this place, and I'm really glad that I get to be a part of the BBB family! “I recently had gastric sleeve surgery and have had a terrible time trying to find stuff to drink that is calorie free and no artificial sweeteners. A friend suggested that I try the tropical tea. I did and I was hooked!! Their customer service is amazing and when my order was put on back order, they were so friendly and did everything they could to get my order pushed through.“

Croissant Quality:
The croissants here are perfectly flaky, buttery, and freshly baked. The plain croissant had a crisp exterior with soft, airy layers inside, while the almond croissant (my free treat!) was rich, slightly sweet, and packed with crunchy almond goodness. Absolutely delicious!

Customer Service:
The owner was warm and welcoming, and the free croissant was such a lovely gesture. It’s rare to find a bakery that cares so much about making customers happy!

Final Thoughts:
If you want top-tier croissants and a bakery that goes above and beyond, Hello Bakery is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back—maybe they’ll surprise me again! 😉 Highly recommend! 🥐💛“

“The best place to study in Birmingham“

“My first time to order a coffee at the "new" Starbucks inside the remodeled Target. Starbucks was moved over to what was once the small in-store snack/cafeteria and it also got a nice remodel,. I ordered a regular coffee and the server asked if I wanted a flavor with it so I asked for vanilla and the drink was great - I really liked it as I have found most "regular" coffees in Starbucks are too bitter for my taste and required me to add much cream. This new Starbucks is nice, clean and lighting is great.“

“Celebrated with a group in Chez Lulu. The atmosphere was great and the food quality and assortment was nothing short of amazing! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My favs were the Greek pizza and chocolate Potacreme.“
