“Went on Jackpot Day to get the needoh type squishy. Got there at 11:30, sat in the line, ordered the required 2 medium drinks and paid, then when I got around to actually pick up my drinks, they said they were out of the squishys and we could choose a rubber bracelet or a koozy. The service and drinks were great - no complaints there - but I would have preferred they told us when we ordered that there were no more squishys because that would have changed what we ordered!“

“Their lattes taste a step above most coffee shops. You can tell they value quality over quantity with their espresso and how they make their seasonal syrups. They have very unique seasonal drinks as well. Also their empanadas are pretty dang good. Ill be back for sure.“

Rep. he helped me pick out CAN make good espresso at home. It took quite a fine grind, high temp, and a slow extraction but it created a very light and juicy espresso that could still cut through in a flat white.“

“It was our first visit to Lee’s and we will be back! The staff was incredibly welcoming upon entering, answered all my questions, and gave me a great suggestion for a BYOL. I got banana and dulche and it was divine! A little sweet but the espresso was still there and delightful. My friend got a blackberry cobbler latte and I tried theirs, will be getting that our next visit, AMAZING. Opal also enjoyed her pup cup and the staff were so kind even though she was a little rambunctious. The patio was perfectly shaded, and the inside of the shop was so neat. 10/10!! So glad we stopped in today.“

“I absolutely love this place! literally, this place is absolutely phenomenal. there's two separate bartenders that are there on any given morning... both these girls are absolutely fantastic. both of them are really really pretty and they've got amazing attitudes, they've always got a smile on their face and what's amazing is, you can walk in on a Monday morning like this morning, knowing it's Monday and it's overcast and those two girls were laughing and cutting up and smiling and it just put you in a really really really amazing mood to start your day. I'm of the belief that if we can be around people that can brighten our day, then we definitely should. these girls start my morning off on a positive foot. I don't feel like a customer, honestly I try to bring them either energy drinks or donuts and then eat the world's greatest biscuits and gravy, that gravy is absolutely amazing, and there's always a smile on their face, it's always an amazing time and I look forward to each time I come which is about 3 or 4 days a week. the stores always really clean, and it smells amazing. the restrooms are always in great condition, sitting at the bars amazing, there's never food left around or sitting around, they're quick to clean up the tables, these girls really run the show, and everybody else in the background does an amazing job too. really thankful for this place, and I'm really glad that I get to be a part of the BBB family! “Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always have pleasant conversations while waiting for our drinks with the team here. Coffee and energy chillers are always good. Even though our order is the same every time we go the sweetness/flavor varies, sometimes I taste no flavoring in our drinks, sometimes it's really pronounced - even though we always just get the normal amount.“

“This coffee is located inside the Region's center downtown and open to the public. The ladies who run and manage the place are amazing and always have a smile on their faces. “Lively! I am not from Birmingham but I am a coffee lover. From Orlando but, I wanted to see something new for a change from the normal city life. Noticed there were allot of coffee shops here than in any city I’ve been to which made it hard to decide on which one I liked to visit more but something about the atmosphere caught my attention. It was quite which made it easier to work. The environment even though it was quiet it felt inviting. The glass made allot of natural light come in and I loved being able to enjoy a good view while working. I definitely would come again even if it’s to relax. Unfortunate I’m not from here. Anyone who enjoys coffee I highly recommend to come here.“

“Colette was a very good server. Food was above average. Bloody Mary wasn't worth the $10.00. However, we get our bill and we are being charged $2.00, a piece, for a biscuit..... WTH??? The menu never mentioned an additional charge for a biscuit, toast, or etc... I even told the brunette waitress that looked like a manager but she was probably the dishwasher. The cheese danish omg 😱 so scrumptious as well as the Cinnamon Rolls! The Blueberry Muffin is bursting with flavor and so moist and so full of amazing blueberries! The Peanut Butter Cookies are so dang good! EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!! I always find a bakery whenever I travel out of town! This Bakery is Top Notch! “I usually enjoy 7 Brew drinks, but my recent visit was disappointing. The server brought my drink out while digging in his mouth, which felt unprofessional and unhygienic. Handling drinks while touching your face can make customers uneasy, especially when it comes to food safety. I hope management addresses this so future visits feel cleaner and more professional. Overall the drinks are great, but the service experience needs improvement.“

Got the blazer toast and a large white mocha iced latte, both outstanding. Really liked their toast bar as well as the multiple bakery options. Definitely going to stop by next time. “I recently had gastric sleeve surgery and have had a terrible time trying to find stuff to drink that is calorie free and no artificial sweeteners. A friend suggested that I try the tropical tea. I did and I was hooked!! Their customer service is amazing and when my order was put on back order, they were so friendly and did everything they could to get my order pushed through.“

Coffee selection is very basic, they have a few fun/seasonal drinks but nothing crazy or exciting. Food menu is also simple, and I don’t think I saw any prices listed on the TV screen for the food items. I did like that my sandwich was made to order—already better than Starbucks!“

“My first time to order a coffee at the "new" Starbucks inside the remodeled Target. Starbucks was moved over to what was once the small in-store snack/cafeteria and it also got a nice remodel,. I ordered a regular coffee and the server asked if I wanted a flavor with it so I asked for vanilla and the drink was great - I really liked it as I have found most "regular" coffees in Starbucks are too bitter for my taste and required me to add much cream. This new Starbucks is nice, clean and lighting is great.“

“just now I was visiting the Birmingham Airport in Alabama and ordered 2 coffees from terminal C and I spilled one of my entire coffees right in front of the store. Quickly an employee sweet as can be came out and helped me clean up while the other employee remade my coffee for FREE without me asking!! It is my first flight and my nerves are shot and this act of kindness from both of your employees made my day better. Thank you starbies!!“
