“I recently had gastric sleeve surgery and have had a terrible time trying to find stuff to drink that is calorie free and no artificial sweeteners. A friend suggested that I try the tropical tea. I did and I was hooked!! Their customer service is amazing and when my order was put on back order, they were so friendly and did everything they could to get my order pushed through.“

“I never know what to order due to the fact the ingredients in a drink seem to change depending upon who's working. That's very confusing. I went in two weeks ago for an iced coffee for my daughter and me. Was asked if I wanted cream and said yes. We both loved our drink saying it's the best we've had there. Went in about a week ago for the same drink and said I wanted cream. She looked confused, saying it came with it. Wonderful tho slightly confused. Quickly an employee sweet as can be came out and helped me clean up while the other employee remade my coffee for FREE without me asking!! “Tonight I came there with my best friend and all of our rambunctious little ones. Mine in particular were being wild. When I went to pay for my coffee my card wouldn’t work (I later found out it had been locked for suspicious activity lol) and I tried everything else I had and was so embarrassed. The cashier kindly told me not to worry about it and I could still have my drink. I know it may not have meant much to them, but that free coffee meant a lot to me in that moment of chaos. ?“
