I never know what to order due to the fact the ingredients in a drink seem to change depending upon who's working. That's very confusing. I went in two weeks ago for an iced coffee for my daughter and me. Was asked if I wanted cream and said yes. We both loved our drink saying it's the best we've had there. Went in about a week ago for the same drink and said I wanted cream. She looked confused, saying it came with it. Wonderful tho slightly confused. Got the drink and it tasted...read full review
Stays crowded, so staff are extremely busy. Service was good, but I don't see many smiles because of customer volume. You can't build relationships and get to know staff (they ain't got time for that ?). Always excellent, fast service. Coffee is great.

Would be great when ordering through Uber for a Frappuccino and actually include a straw. Working alot so I don't have the time to go buy packs of straws when one is supposedly given to you with your drink.
