We never have a bad experience at RNR Trussville, and it’s always our go to spot for sushi. The crab wontons were on point as usual and the sushi rolls tasted super fresh. Also, our server tonight, Britney, was super sweet and attentive to our needs. We will continue to keep visiting this location!
My family ordered dinner from the Trussville location and everyone got food poisoning. We called and informed the staff the next day and was told there is nothing they could do, but they would give us a call back later. After not receiving a call later we call back n once again was told there was nothing they could do, in fact we were told if they gave refunds for everyone that complained of getting sick they would be out of business.

My family and friends got food poisoning from here and they so oh well. It’s ok, the health department was called. We’ll see how they feel about that.
